Had a really nice stay and the apartment is really worth the price! Location is wonderful! Was a bit hard to enter the building with our two kids strollers, we had to carry them up a steep stair in order to reach the main entrance and the elevator. I will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Andreas is a great host, very responsive and helpful. He left easy to follow instructions for check in and check out and everything went smooth. The apartment is lovely and looks just like on the photos, cozy and functional. Everything was very clean. It does not have a washing machine, but there is a common laundry room downstairs which you need to schedule, my recommendation is to do it upon arrival because usually slots are booked a few days ahead. The location is in a secluded district, but the tram station and ferry stop are just around the corner and it takes about 30-35 min to get to the city center. There is a large supermarket in 5-7 min walking distance with a small pharmacy section. Overall great experience!

A good location with a bus link (76) into the centre or a fifteen minute walk to the metro, this place was just as described and great for those travelling on a budget!

Small apartment in beautiful and calm neighbourhood, close to the historic center. It was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is really super small, but that’s mentioned in the description and it was enough for a few days. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. We had a wonderful time :)

Gostei muito de ficar alojada no espaço do Olof. A casa era impecável e estava muito perto da paragem do autocarro 57, que em pouco tempo transportava-me até à cidade. Gostei muito da experiência e recomendo!Principalmente no inverno, pensava que ia ter frio em casa porém o aquecimento funciona muito bem.

Olof's flat is in a top-notch location: there are so many great bars and restaurants around (we had an amazing meal at DelaNisse, just two blocks away). And the apartment is just a five-minute walk to the metro station, from where you can easily get pretty much anywhere else in the city. Inside, the bed is super comfy and the couch is nice and wide (so two people can stretch out). The kitchenette is functional but small; we were glad to eat out most days for lunch and dinner. But this apartment made a great base to come back to.Olof was quick to respond and fix the issue when we were given inaccurate instructions to access the building, and the e-key was easy once we got the hang of it. We weren't bothered by either the bathroom smell or the access arrangements (lift up, then down a corridor, then down some stairs). You do have to give quite a bit of info before checking in, and sign up to noise monitoring + entryway camera, but this is flagged in the description.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Auch der checkIn war problemlos. Die Bettwäsche und auch Handtücher waren sauber. Das Bett ist relativ klein (ca. 120cm) und das Sofa kann ich zum schlafen nicht empfehlen da es schon sehr weich und durchgesessen ist. Auch wenn die Einrichtung nicht mehr die neuste ist und auch langsam ausgetauscht werden sollte, kann ich die Wohnung dennoch für einen Kuraufenthalt in Stockholm empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief zudem reibungslos.

Trivdes superbra i lägenheten som Kim hyrde ut! Mycket trevligt område och superbra läge för de restauranger samt nära skidbackarna. Han var väldigt snabb på att svara på meddelanden och lägenheten var mycket fräsch.

A szállás jó környéken van, közel a metróállomáshoz. Minden tiszta és rendezett volt, a házi gazda pedig mindig gyorsan válaszolt a kérdésekre. Ami hiányérzetet adott, az a konyha felkészültsége és a kevés meleg víz.
