Très beau studio avec une vue magnifique. Logement impeccable et hôte réactif. Le petit plus : prendre le ferry pour rejoindre le centre.

Όταν φτάσαμε δυσκολευτηκαμε να μπούμε γιατί είχε πρόβλημα η κλειδαριά και χρειαστείτε να περιμένουμε 5 λεπτά για να διορθωθεί. Όταν μπήκαμε η πρώτη εικόνα πολύ καλή , όλα πεντακάθαρα και πολύ ωραίος χώρος, θα τον προτιμούσαμε λίγο πιο ζεστό καθώς κρυωναμε λίγο , αλλά δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα της ρύθμισης αφού είναι κεντρική θέρμανση. Τη τρίτη μέρα της διαμονής μας, θέλαμε να μαγειρέψουμε και βρήκαμε φαγητά αφημένα μέσα στο μικροκυμάτων και στο φούρνο, πράγμα που σε κάνει να αναρωτηθείς τι άλλο δεν καθαρίζεται. Δεν μπορώ να πω όμως , επικοινωνήσαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη και την επόμενη μέρα ήρθε μια κυρία που τα καθάρισε. Επίσης να σημειώσω ότι τα φίλτρα αέρος χρειάζονται καθάρισμα , καθώς έχουν μαζέψει πάρα πολλή σκόνη. Το διαμέρισμα ειναι ωραίο και 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μέτρο, οπότε εύκολα μετακινείται κάποιος. Αν εξαιρέσεις την εμπειρία της άφιξης και με τα φαγητά , τότε θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερη η διαμονή μας .

This apartment was situated in a lovely and quiet area - there was lots to do within walking distance and we felt central but hidden away. Elias, the host, was always warm and quick to respond, giving clear instructions for checkin and checkout, and good recommendations for the area. The kitchen was one of the best I've experienced in Airbnb, with an oven, a hob, an extractor fan, as well as a selection of pots and pans. We felt right at home and very comfortable - this apartment is a great find and we would highly recommend :)

Are is a wonderful ski station. Despite the low temperatures, we had a very pleasant New Year holidays. Apartment is as per the description and ski in/out. Its clean and almost new, with gorgeous views of the city and lake. Only point of improvement was cancelation policy. While the cancelation policy allows you to cancel in full up to one day earlier (very flexible) , i t doesn't allow to cancel one day only. Unfortunately, a couple of days before travelling, we fell sick of a stomach bug that forced us to rebook our planes. We requested to move our dates one day or cancel one day , but the host rejected because according to his words he had faced some chaotic situations . I suppose the basis of this flexibility where the lessons learned during covid, but then why not allow one day only shifting or cancelation. Its a bit incoherent. Other than that our stay was great and we would surely love to come back.

Great host, very helpful, and the place was fin, but I would say that only for short stays! The bathroom was difficult to manage and I’m young, short and able bodied, my 6ft partner struggled with how small everything was.

I stayed at William's place in January and the price was super for the location: makes me want to give 6 stars, and I strain to find anything bad to say. The studio is tiny but it turns this to an advantage, with a cozy loft (VERY warm) and a living space that has been thought out to be comfortable and have everything at hand—including, somehow, clothes and dishwasher. I cooked on the one-burner hotplate and made it all work.Winter in Gamla Stan is quiet and magical. I walked everywhere I needed to work, as well as to and from the Central Station. No noise issues. The bed is two singles pushed together—the usual in Scandinavia. Most appreciated was a selection of different pillows.William's management is to-the-point and very organized. Highly recommended.

Great location. The quality coffee maker was a nice touch, too.

Lång process för att få hyra boendet. Däremot ett väldigt bra boende, fräscht och fantastisk utsikt från lägenheten!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt wo man alles findet was man braucht. Die Unterkunft an sich war super. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt! Ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wiederkommen.

Veldig grei leilighet men littegrann avvik fra bildene, eller «eldre utseende» enn antatt fra bildene. Fin plassering i Sødermalm. Var veldig mye støy første dag fra bygging, men på det nivå at vi ikke kunne snakke med hverandre. Det var beskrevet at litt støy kunne forventes, men burde vært tydeligere med hvor mye støy. Eller veldig greit, Olof svarer fort men du snakker med en AI

The place was just like the photo. The pillows and bedsheets were clean and tidy. But I found out some trash and dirts below the bed. Also the app-based locker was needed additional instruction to "lock" it from outside, which wasn't indicated on the explanation sent by the host so I had to contact to them. But the host responded quite fast and it was helpful. The main light wasn't working either and I was asked to change the bulb by myself(and refunded later), which I didn't have time to do. But even with all that mentioned above, the accommodation was satisfying in general.

Pretty cosy apartment about a 10 minute walk away from skanskull station. Bed was really comfy, excellent stay overall.

A good rental for a short stay.

The room was really nice and in a good spot to travel with the train to Stockholm. He always responded fast but couldn't resolve one problem we had and because of this the lower rating.

Rent, bekvämt och perfekt läge! Hjälpsam värd och smidig vistelse. Rekommenderas varmt!
