Overall good stayPositive: Great location with coop just round the corner making it very convenient. Communication was splendid as I always got a response within a few minutes of sending an enquiry regardless of the time. All instructions were very clear and detailed and the customer agents were super helpful. Overall a great stay!Negative: Very noisy due to construction work and we had to be up very early due to the noise but it was made clear in advance. Also, visited during Xmas time and the heating could have been warmer but it wasn’t too bad.

Asunto oli hyvä, mutta kylmä. Sängyn petaus ei vastannut kuvia, mutta oli kuitenkin hyvä ja lämmin nukkua. Mikroaaltouuni olisi helpottanut elämäämme. Vuokraaja oli avulias ja reagoiva.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.

Location is perfect. So many restaurants and bars close by. Also amazing vintage stores. Close to train station and super easy to get to old town: Apartment is a good size for 4 people. Would be a squeeze to any more as only one bathroom. Apartment itself is lovely. Only issue is that there is no shower screen in the bathroom which makes everything very messy. Also, the key system is via an app on your phone so you don’t want to get caught out leaving the house without your phone or your battery going dead. Be careful! That said, would stay here again.

Bathroom and kitchen are tiny as described, shower basically on top of toilet . Otherwise a very clean apartment in a nice area with everything we needed as a couple on a weekend getaway.

Location amazing, surprised we got it given how last minute we booked. Olof also very responsive when it came to a problem with the light. Perfect for a short stay.

Nice apartment with walkable distance to the metro. Responsible host who helps with everything on time. The room decorated not so new though, it was very clean and warm in winter.

Lovely flat in an even better location. Ski in and ski out from the top floor sky bridge and the centre of town being a 5 min walk from the ground floor are excellent conveniences. Would come again, Åre has so much to offer skiers and boarders used to the more commercial locations in Europe.

Pontus var en superhost som svarade snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam. Lägenheten är lite sliten, men det mesta funkade som det ska.Perfekt läge för att snabbt komma ut i pisten och extra lyxigt att vi fick se norrsken från lägenhetsfönstret.

Fantastisk bolig med god udsigt. Boligen manglede ikke noget og der var ikke langt til restauranter og butikker.

After a few minor issues at start , William immediately resolved any concerns we had … even went the extra with an Ikea shop to make sure we had more than enough resources to put up a great Christmas meal . Brilliant response to some additional requests we had .The electronic key system is great but don’t arrive earlier than exact check in time .. the key will leave you waiting in the ice cold with all your luggage until the clock strikes at check in time .The view and location is spectacular.. we could have best experience by walking , bus , train or anything which was right on the doorstep .The stairs up to apartment are a shock at first ( with luggage) ; but after a day become part of the charm of the place .A problem for a long stay is lack of cupboards forClothes . One in the main bedroom would be a great idea. Thanks William it was a holiday of a life time and the charming house had a lot to do with that .Great Host !!!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a solo 1000 metros (1 km) de la Estación Central de Estocolmo. Se puede caminar con tranquilidad, o, apurar el paso tomando el tren desde la estación hasta la siguiente parada en sentido sur (Gamla Stan). EL INGRESO AL DEPARTAMENTO: Ok, si tienen experiencia con el uso de la app "Parakey" (llaves virtuales con "Bluetooth"), no hay problema. Sin embargo, si como en mi caso, son nuevos en el tema, además de las instrucciones que facilitan William y su equipo, sugiero ver o leer algún tutorial asociado y/o hablar o preguntar a alguien que ya conozca esa opción. El departamento está suficientemente equipado. Yo estuve solo, pero, fácil se acomodan 3 personas. Caminando, o usando las líneas de bus o "trams", se llega a una variedad de sitios históricos, vistas hermosas, tiendas, farmacias, etc. Si algún día regreso, ojalá pueda encontrar reserva para quedarme ahí.
