I had a wonderful stay in Gamla Stan! In advance, a third-party provider—which is quite common in Stockholm—required a selfie, a photo of my ID, and a signature, which I wasn’t aware of when booking. Installing the Parakey app was straightforward and made entry to the building seamless. The noise level turned out to be higher than I expected. It felt as if the window was always open, and there was construction work happening right outside. The neighbors in the building were also quite loud—doors were slammed with deliveries from as early as 6 a.m., although this was noted in the listing. Otherwise, I have no complaints—the accommodation was spotlessly clean, absolutely perfect for one or two guests, and very conveniently located. I can warmly recommend it :) I would stay again. However, if you are sensitive to noise and want to sleep in, I would advise considering another option.

Great stay! Would highly recommend for people who would like to explore the old city area! Terrific access to everything you would want to do while in Stockholm!

We were very pleased. One small drawback was that there are quite a few stairs up to the front door, which made it difficult with our stroller and completely impossible for someone in a wheelchair.
