Το κατάλυμα ήταν όσο ωραίο φαινόταν από τις φωτογραφίες και η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική . Ο χώρος πεντακαθαρος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός. Είχαμε στην διάθεση μας πολλές χρήσιμες οδηγίες και μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη κάθημερινα με άμεση ανταπόκριση .

L'appartement est très bien placé, il est propre. Il n'y a rien à dire la dessus : c'est TOP.J'ai fait exprès de chercher un hôte NON professionnel car j'aime l'idée du airbnb d'origine : et c'est là que pour moi ça coince rien de bien méchant mais ce n'est pas ce que j'attends d'un airbnb : en plus des mails très bien détaillés d'Elias pour trouver l'appart et les règlement ce qui est normal : un mail pour nous dire que le ménage peut être fait plus tôt et que moyennant finance on peut arriver plus tôt, ensuite que quand on part on doit mettre les draps et les serviettes et le sac poubelle à cote de la porte sinon frais supplémentaires, et la vaisselle faite sinon frais supplémentaires, et qu on peut partir plus tard moyennant finance, bref c'etait très bien mais c'est un hôte professionnel en fait !

Les points + : le logement est vraiment très joli. Tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner pendant plusieurs jours et découvrir la ville.C’est très spacieux, confortable. La communication avec Andreas est très bonne, il est très réactif. Très accessible en transports (à quelques minutes de la station de métro).Vraiment le logement est très très bien. Les points - : la wifi ne fonctionne pas vraiment, dans les instructions beaucoup de pression pour ne pas faire le moindre bruit et cela freine un peu (même si nous sommes un groupe calme, nous nous sommes sentis restreint au niveau du logement car même faire un jeu de société peut être considéré comme du bruit). Et je trouve que c’est pas tout prêt du coeur de la ville.Et un seul jeu de clé pour un groupe, je trouve cela un peu contraignant également.Et la machine à café ne fonctionne pas

Très bon séjour

Dans l’ensemble c’était un bon logement.

Elias’s apartment was great for us and very well appointed. He has thought of everything from umbrellas to shoeshine /sewing kits. It was nice to have laundry available. Coffee machine was impressive. We loved the area. Easy walking all around Gamla Stan and a very cool building (with old stairs and thick walls)! Two single beds advertised on the listing were actually a single queen size bed. Check out instructions regarding garbage/recycling proved to be difficult to manage with luggage and meeting our train/plane.He was responsive to a concern during our stay.Overall, I would recommend Elias’s place! We would rent it again!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. toutes les instructions ont été claires, le logement est très bien situé, les transports sont accessibles à pieds ainsi que quelques commerces. nous vous le recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. on reviendra !

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben klare Anweisungen gegeben. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist ein Bahnhof, von dem aus man in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt und entspricht ziemlich genau dem Inserat. Allerdings gibt es ein paar vermeidbare und unvermeidbare Dinge einzuwenden. Leider war der Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt, und das sollte keine Aufgabe der ankommenden Gäste sein. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und zudem sehr laut. Bei jeder Bewegung war man wach, weil es stark knarrt. Auch die Größe der Kissen war nicht optimal. Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, was dazu führt, dass man jeden Schritt der Nachbarn im Flur oder Treppenhaus hört. Trotz dessen ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und gerade für Leute, die eine ruhige Nachbarschaft mögen, sehr geeignet.

Mycket fin lägenhet med bra läge!

Boendet var fint, kanske lite kallt även om vi eldade. Sen var grannarna ovanför galet högljudda och boendet lyhört. Barn som hoppade på golvet konstant. Kanske hade de också hyrt så vi hade otur, är ju inte denna värds fel heller. Stugan låg så man nästan kunde åka skidor in och ut, det var toppen. Sängarna sköna och bastun superfin. Absolut ett ställe att bo på, om man bortser från grannarna ovanpå 😊

Very responsive host, good location

Fantastiskt boende, bra läge och en väldigt bra kommunikation med värden där man alltid fick snabbt svar. Kan stark rekommendera Pontus som värd! Tack för vistelsen.
