This is one of many rentals in the same building which makes them a bit less homey but also very efficient (e.g. digital code locks) and professionally cleaned.The pictures were just example pictures of another apartments (which was also mentioned in the description) and I actually got a substantially larger looking apartment.The flooring was a bit old and cheap looking and the kitchen also a bit cheap looking with just the very basics and lightning was not exactly cosy (all just very basic) but the whole place was nicely furnished, clean and overall who cares about the floors when there are nice large carpets, clean, efficient and with everything you need.Location was also great with super market across the street and close to both walks along the water and nice areas for cafes and restaurants.

camera come da foto. camera molto accogliente, il punto forte la vetrata che affaccia all'esterno offrendo una veduta mozzafiato su Stoccolma. per raggiungere il centro e le altre attrazioni di Stoccolma conviene fare un abbonamento ai mezzi pubblici. nel complesso un ottima soluzione per visitare Stoccolma senza incorrere ai prezzi alti del centro.

Appartement hyper accessible en transport en commun, logement très sécurisé avec des bonnes instructions venant de l’hôte et une très bonne literie !

I live in a more northern city than Stockholm, so I am used to Swedish weather and winter. However, the room was very cold compared to other places I have stayed within Stockholm, I recommend Fredrik provide portable heaters. the first night when I checked in. Fredrik was response to request after checked-in. The location is nice, close to the transportation, and very quiet and safe.

Very nice and clean place.

A very nice place with great surroundings - close to the subway, shops, and restaurants. An extra bonus is the proximity to "Lillebrors," a fabulous bakery where you can buy amazing bread within 2 minutes. Parking was easy to find.The apartment was as described, with spacious rooms and a nice kitchen. However, there were a few drawbacks: the drawer under the sink in the kitchen was full of garbage, the coffee machine was missing an important part and didn’t work, and the ceiling light in the shower room was out of order.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar schöne Tage.Es ist alles noch sehr neu, modern gestaltet und eingerichtet und wirkt gut gepflegt. Für mich persönlich auch ein architektonische Besonderheit.Man ist nicht mitten in Zentrum, hat dafür aber einen super Ausblick auf die Stadt und ist in 15 Minuten im Zentrum.Von dort aus, kann man super mit der Fähre oder dem Bus zu Ausflügen starten.Es ist alles klar geregelt und kommuniziert, was Informationen zur Unterkunft angeht wie Zugänge zum Gebäude, ToDos bei Abreise und Hausregeln.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem auch die Küche. Es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, was auch unser Gepäck etwas erleichtert hat.Ein Schrank der Küche ist gleichzeitig ein Kleiderschrank.Wir würden bei einem nächsten Trip sehr gerne wieder kommen.

The apartment had everything I needed and Elias was very friendly to explain all the steps about to get into the apartment, restaurant recommendations, how to access the washing machine etc. The place was clean, tidy, and a nice view. Also, it was quiet and safe neighborhood.The only thing I wish to improve were the bed sheets because they weren’t as they appeared in the photos. Otherwise, great stay
