Ya conocía la zona: muy bien ubicada porque es muy cercana al centro, más turístico, pero a su vez es más tranquila y rodeada de zonas de paseo, y renovadas.El piso es de construcción muy reciente, muy limpio, consta de lo imprescindible.No está lejos del transporte público

Small and nice apartment with everything you need! It's perfect for 1-2 people max. The sound insulation isn't the best, you can hear the neighbours open the doors and walk on the ground floor (the apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator) and I could hear the neighbour showering at 7am, it woke me up. If that was mentioned in the description or comments I wouldn't choose this apartment. The sound insulation from the outside is also not great but it's a super quiet and nice neighborhood that is close to the center by public transport (that's why I chose this place), therefore it wasn't a problem at all (noise from the outside). The host was very responsive, understanding and nice. If you aren't a light sleeper or don't mind using ear plugs, I would definitely recommend this place!

Très bon séjour, le logement est propre et les équipements annoncés sont conforme. Merci encore pour la réactivité, hôte très réactif et disponible. Petit point négatif, le logement n’est pas vraiment au cœur de Ostermann mais à 17min à pied ce qui n’est pas négligeable et devrait être précisé dans l’annonce.

Positivt: Lägenheten var fin, välstädad och ligger i ett bra område. Sängen och bäddsoffan var väldigt bra standard. Fin balkong. Negativt: Mycket kallt i lgh de 3 första dagarna på vår vistelse, ca 16-17 grader även om det inte var väldigt kallt utomhus. Blev lite varmare inomhus de 3 sista dagarna, ca 19 grader. Lyhört i huset, grannar som spelade musik sent en kväll förstörde nattsömnen. Mycket liten toalett, svårt att stänga dörren om man ska få plats med benen.

Supermarkt, Bus und U-Bahn sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung wirkte zum großen Teil wie neu eingerichtet. Einige Küchenschränke hatten jedoch sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren. Sehr große Schränke mit reichlich Stauraum und vielen Kleiderbügeln im Schlafzimmer und im Flur. Sehr ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Overall, it was a good experience. A hiccup with checking in but was accommodated at checkout. Good location. Sizable apartment for two people. Would stay again.

Rolig og fint på Tott

Andreas is a responsible person, the room I rented out was nice and clean, but there were 3 things I didn't like! 1- can't cook anything and there was a pot and stove in the room! 2- the heater was not on and the room was cold 3- I have paid for 2 people but I was alone but the bed and the toilet were small!!! otherwise the rest is good. Thanks

Great stay with easy access to the city via bus, ferry or scooter. Not even a bad walk if you prefer that, can be done in less than an hour comfortably. It's a simple and effective accomodation choice. Great views of the sea! Andreas was a great host and addressed any questions promptly and was very communicative throughout the process.

Everything was good. Near the apartment you can find a lot of restaurants including famous "Meatballs for the people", grocery shop is just 1 min from the apartment. Public transport is also located just around the corner (aprox. 15 min to the city center by bus). In overall we a had great experience staying in the Olofs place, highly recommending!

We enjoyed our stay a lot and were happy with the facilities provided. They matched the description well.Happy to make a new booking for the next time we are around.

A nice place to stay, in a beautiful neighborhood. Metro is also next to the appartment. There are plenty of bars, bakeries and Restaurants in an area of 7 min walking. The only drawback is the very small bathroom.

Le logement est très propre, bien décoré et près du metro avec accès direct à T-Centralen et bus. Le quartier permet également de se promener dans la nature et de faire les courses alimentaires. A recommander !
