Cozy and comfortable property with everything you need for short or longer stay, all city center attraction are in walkable distance, close to the metro and train stations. Friendly and responsive host, flexible and easy self check-in and check-out.

La décoration est très soignée et moderne, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à l’ambiance chaleureuse. De plus, la localisation est parfaite, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

Andreas' apartment was perfect. Very easy to get to by bus then short walk to the apartment. It was exactly as photos showed. Andreas was very quick to respond to messages, instructions were clear and simple for access.The bed was so comfortable and the shower very powerful, one of the best I've used when away from home.I would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly and will be booking again when next visiting. Thank you so much Andreas for making my stay in Stockholm even better :)

We had a great stay! The host was communicative and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless and in a fantastic area of the city. We felt right at home and had an excellent experience. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Great location, small space but good for a few nights stay. Clean and comfortable apartment!

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La stanza era molto bella e moderna. L’aspetto più bello è la vista spettacolare che si può vedere da una finestra enorme. Inoltre è in una posizione comoda per i mezzi e tranquilla. Se ritornassi a Stoccolma sicuramente prenoterei questa stanza! L’host è molto disponibile e flessibile.

The location was very close to a bus stop and 15-20 mins walk away from Skanstull metro station. We usually took the bus to go to other parts of the city and it was practical. There is a supermarket very close to the building. The house was clean when we arrived except that the bathroom floor was a bit wet in some parts. The inside of the house looked like the pictures so it was much like we expected it to be.We heard our upstairs neighbours’ sound 1-2 times but it did not happen again so it was tolerable. The building feels secure since there are passwords required while entering the building, using the elevator and entering the room.

☑️Appartement fidèle à la descriptionQuartier silencieux et proche du métroGrande cuisine et salonBien chaufféAttendez vous à avoir les WC au même niveau que la douche, et une vitre de douche qui ne touche pas le sol, donc faire attention à ne pas trop inonder la pièce.❌Deux points négatifs :- Les poêles pour cuisiner étaient totalement abîmées et inutilisables (nocives pour la santé). De plus, leur taille était ridicule pour un appartement censé accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dommage pour une cuisine aussi complète.- La qualité du linge de lit laisse à désirer : Pas de drap de protection pour la couette ou le matelas. Au prix payé, pour deux hommes de 1m70 à 1m85, nous aurions aimé de plus grandes couvertures et des draps de protection sur le matelas et les oreillers (peu hygiénique pour les suivants).

We had a great stay at Olof’s place in Sodermalm! The apartment was clean, warm, and conveniently located. There’s a Co-op shop nearby for essentials, and the metro is about a 15-minute walk, making it easy to get around Stockholm. We loved the area—being close to the water was a plus, and electric scooters made it fun and quick to explore the nearby neighborhoods. The apartment itself could use a few improvements, like adding a TV and updating the bathroom, but overall, it was a cozy base for our trip. Thanks, Olof, for hosting us!
