The apartment is really cute, modern kitchen and furniture. Right by the water. Host made very clear instruction guide, which was necessary for a few things (door lock, check-in, shower, etc) although we didn’t understand the motion sensor facing the toilet. Elias coordinated early check-in for us which was great! It is a 15 min walk to the train station. We suggest renting a scooter from the station!

We stayed for a week at this airbnb. It was very clean, in a wonderful area, and it was beautiful, but there were a few problems with it. For instance the tub leaks badly and it’s hard to shower because of it. We reported the issue and he said he would send someone in to clean the drain to prevent the flooding and that never happened. We only got 3 bath towels for the whole week and a bunch of small hand towels, which we had to use to soak up the flood in the bathroom and when we asked about more he said we would have to buy them if we wanted more, which felt unbelievable because I paid a lot of money to stay here. I would also have liked a microwave. He was very kind and helpful, and overall it was a good place to spend our week!

Very good apartment and centrally located. It is very well connected and you can get everywhere quickly. We had a great stay.

Bien localisé, belle vue et proche des transports. Bien équipé et très cosy malgré la douche un peu vétuste.

Appartement spacieux ( Nous étions 2 : voyage mère /fille)-Très peu de bruit malgré les travaux annoncés à côté !-Salle de bain aux normes PMR , et je le précise car cela peut intéresser des personnes qui seraient en difficulté pour se loger : c’est très bien ++++et l’ensemble du bâtiment est accessible avec ascenseurs et couloirs larges.Un grand lit confortable ( et je pense que le canapé peut être transformé en canapé-lit si besoin en plus )Très bon rapport qualité prixOlof est réactif chaque message , et très précis dans les consignes.Je recommande +++++Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Very good location, nice rooms. One room without any windows, and the bathroom could be refurbished.

Wirklich schön, würde ich wieder buchen. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist super mit dem Zug erreichbar, etwa 10-15 Minuten zufuss zum Bahnhof Älsjö und alle fünf Minuten hat man einen Zug nach Stockholm. So konnten wir bequem ganz Stockholm und Umgebung erkunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ich konnte locker jeden Abend einfache Gerichte kochen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir hatten es wirklich sehr schön. Etwas negativ ist, dass es gleich an der Strasse war und wenn man das Fenster auf hat ist der Verkehr manchmal etwas laut, und man merkt dass es schon ein älteres Haus ist. Die Buchung war auch etwas mühsam, es gab mehrere Schritte und Formulare und zusätzliche Verifizierungen, das fand ich komisch, aber sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.

Good place to stay for a Short trip. There is no WIFI and Make sure to check the shower pictures carefully before you book. My mistake was I did not pay attention to these two details. Otherwise all is good.

As promised - amazing view on the sea and the city. 5 minutes walk to the ferry (10 - 20 minutes to the very centre, 40 minutes out of Stockholm).
