Convenient acces to the metro station, in a quiet part of town. Supermarket close by! Good alternative to staying in the city centre.

We had an amazing experience in the apartment. The location was really central, our host was always extremely helpful and responsive and overall we had a great experience.

There was a heat wave when we arrived and we asked if we could get fans because of no AC. Especially for the rooms upstairs where it was super hot .His response was to show me that fans weren’t included in the amenities. We felt a good host would have made an exception to this extreme weather condition and dropped off fans .The other issue was there were no shades upstairs in any of the windows upstairs so people could not sleep well with all the sun. In his description he said people should bring eye covers. Well not all people can sleep with eye covers and we noticed people had been complaining about this before so By now they should have invested in some shades. There is no main area where people can gather either As other reviews mentioned they should have put in a smaller table in the dining room and added a few small sofas .We had problems with the dryer and they finally came to fix it .The host was nice ,we fell it has potential as a very good Airbnb with changes .

We were a group of 10 people. The apartment is very spacious, well suited for large families. The location is excellent, in the old town, close to restaurants and other amenities, and relatively close to sightseeing spots and the ferry.

+ Great location—away from the city centre, but very well connected, with buses and a tram nearby+ Well-organised space and a good bed setup+ Well-equipped, e.g., household appliances, a washer-dryer, and an iron+ We’d like to praise the shower (aside from the curtain): the controls were precise and worked well, and hot water was available quickly and without interruptions+ A workspace and fast (400 Mb/s) Wi‑Fi (although during hot weather it helps to ventilate the router kept in a cabinet)+ Good service—available and helpfulWe definitely recommend it. Not everything is perfect, but overall our experience was very positive and we’d happily book again.

A wonderful place to stay, with large windows and plenty of natural light. The house was spotless, extremely welcoming, and everything worked perfectly, even the shower, which is apparently sometimes problematic, worked without any issues. I was genuinely impressed.Olaf was a fantastic host. The only thing to keep in mind is the location: it is not actually in Stockholm, so you need to be comfortable staying outside the city. The check-in process is also a little complicated, as several steps need to be completed through their website.That said, if the price is right, it is definitely worth it. A beautiful and very comfortable place to stay.

A very lovely place to stay in a great location, with lots of restaurants and bars around Södermalm. Parking is quite expensive per day. Check-in was a bit more involved due to the extra registration and the new app for the electronic key, but everything worked perfectly. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable; the sofa bed was a little soft and small. Thanks, Fredrik.
