The location was great. We stayed for four nights, and for a short stay the flat has everything you need. It’s cosy and has a romantic feel. When we arrived, the heater/radiator was unplugged. As it was −7°C outside, the flat was rather cold and took about a day to warm up before it became comfortable. If you’re travelling during winter, it’s worth asking the owner to make sure the heater is turned on before your arrival.

Very clean accommodation, hassle-free check-in. Everything was just perfect.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Ideally located in a quiet area, with the metro station less than a 5-minute walk away. There’s a Lidl and a supermarket on the same street as the metro. The Parakey system was easy to use, Elias provided clear instructions and communication was excellent. We highly recommend it!

Great ski-in/ski-out location with easy access to the Åre slopes, either via the 4th-floor bridge to Björnen or the nearby funicular, which runs every 20 minutes. Kim was very helpful with clear instructions, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There’s no storage space possible, but options are available near Åre Central Station.

We had some trouble with the digital code, but we received great help on site. Otherwise, everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well organized, with everything we needed. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and provided very clear instructions, which made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience, we would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Lovely and cozy apartment with excellent location We did confuse the location with another road Vegagatan 14 in stockholm but this turned out not to be bad because the apartment is very close to buses, metro and trains. The apartment was very well equipped including a dishwasher. The apartment was always very warm

Cozy apartment!

Great accommodation close to the slopes. Lovely views over Lake Åre, the village and the mountains. Conveniently located near most amenities.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location and was quiet at night. The bed is indeed extra soft, but we slept really well in it. The apartment is spacious and the basic amenities are provided.Negative: The kitchen utensils were quite dirty when we arrived, so we had to rewash everything. We reported it and Elias will surely take care of it—this was probably a one-off issue.Overall, we absolutely recommend the apartment for a short stay, especially because of the location! However, considering the price-value ratio, we expected slightly better equipment and cleanliness.

The location was excellent. I think the furniture can be updated a little bit. Also there is no TV or screen in the apartment. Given that we visited during some very cold days it would have been nice to have some equipment to play some music or movies during the nights after walking around the freezing streets all day :) other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely location and easy communication with Olof. The apartment was, however, a bit more worn than expected and could use some maintenance. The toilet seat was loose, one of the interior door handles came off, and the tilt rod on the blinds detached. We also noticed an unpleasant odor from the bathroom drain.

Me and 6 friends had an amazing time staying here! The ski-in and ski-out helped making every day productive and fun! The location is amazing, with stunning views around. The flat itself was really nice and clean. A big bonus is the sauna — perfect after a day of skiing! Thank you again Pontus!
