Convenient location in Gamla Stan. Noisy from local bars, but couldn't beat the location and access. Great spot to be based for a trip to Stockholm.

The apartment met our needs perfectly. It was warm, the bed was comfortable and the apartment conveniently located for our particular trip with the metro and adjacent supermarket a short walk away. The owner was very pleasant and left us fresh eggs and snacks. Thank you.

This is our second stay in the apartment and again, it was an all around fantastic experience. Clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. Elias is a great host and very quick to respond with communication. I highly recommend this apartment and host!!

The apartment was clean and tidy. Andreas is a responsive host, when we asked for additional sheets, they provided us with the whole extra set of bed linen and towels, which is greatly appreciated and convenient. And our course the beautiful water view to the from the apartment made it perfect. And fresh flowers in the allotment were also very nice!

Our stay went really well in this clean and comfortable apartment. The residence is within walking distance of Stockholm’s historic city center.

Pent, koselig og enkelt innredet leilighet i en eldre boligblokk. Lyse og behagelige fargevalg. Ganske slitte gulv , vindu og dører pga husets alder. Dette gir noe støy fra andre som bor i blokka og en del støy hver morgen fra søppeltømming av containere i bakgården . Litt lite glass og kopper på kjøkkenet. Dessverre et minus for at det var en del maur på kjøkkenet på både gulv og kjøkkenbenker. Dette ga vi tilbakemld på og de skal ta tak i det . Vi skulle ønske det var mulighet for senere utsjekk enn kl 10 på en søndag. Dette var dessverre ikke mulig da vi spurte . Ellers trivdes vi greit og synes det var lett og finne frem til både pizzarestaurant , konditori , matbutikk og t-bane. Verten Andreas svarte alltid fort på meldinger og virker seriøs og hyggelig . Vi kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet videre til andre .

Really charming and cozy. Close to everything yet in a quieter neighborhood.

Perfect accommodation for us (three people) with activities in Södermalm. It was easy to reach by subway and a short walk, and the digital locks made check-in simple and flexible. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and was also very clean.

Thank you so much for having us. We had a fantastic long weekend in the apartment. We absolutely lacked nothing. All five of us were delighted.

Great! Andreas was so accommodating and the accommodation was clean, nice and well-equipped, and is located in a cozy area!

The apartment was really clean and the communication was easy! The Check-in at 16.00 ist really late especially if you have luggage you need to pay a lot to store it at the train station and also the check out at 10.00 could be a little bit later. The area is really quiet, there is not much to see there but the metro station is not too far away to get to the city centre.

All in all, we were very satisfied with the apartment. It’s showing its age. Since it’s always bright in Sweden (depending on the season), curtains would have been useful. The room was very bright. Andreas always responded to my questions very quickly🔝. In the beginning, we had a bit of trouble securing the apartment (it was my first time booking through Airbnb) and Andreas was very thorough about who would stay there. I can recommend the apartment, and the price-performance is spot on. Gaby and Andreas from Switzerland.

It was a fantastic experience. Not only is the place in the heart of Södermalm and is a 3 minute walk from the subway, but the host was helpful and responsive.

Fantastic location in Gamla Stan. Quick walk to restaurants, shopping, Nobel Square, and metro to get to all areas of Stockholm. Apartment is clean, quiet at the top of the building, and was perfect for our stay. William was very responsive to questions. Totally recommend!

Perfect spot nearing plenty of options in Södermalm and easy to navigate the city thru walking distance metro line. App needed keys were a bit confusing while closing the doors but not a huge problem. Elias has other flats in the same neighborhood and surely they will keep the same standards.

Perfect location! Felt safe and it was really convenient. It is a building full of serviced apartments so be prepared that the room might be different from the picture. It was clean and had everything I need. I would stay here again.
