Excellent location in Gamla Stan. Spacious historic apartment with plenty of privacy.

The most important thing: the apartment is fantastic, modern, with a great water view, and has a convenient location and transport links! It’s good to know that it’s not Elias you’re dealing with but a company; all contact comes through automated messages and different staff members handle inquiries. Before booking, you have to complete online forms and provide details for everyone travelling. This was tricky since our 10-month-old baby and his grandmother don’t have email addresses. I ended up filling in the form three times, which felt intrusive and more like data collection. Before arrival, you’re informed about various fines for possible breaches, such as noise or leaving behind trash. It’s especially frustrating when you arrive and, for example, find old dishes in the dishwasher, carpets and furniture with unpleasant stains and dust. The beds were just okay. In the bathroom, there was an occasional unpleasant odour from the drain under the bathtub. The apartment itself is great! Everything else was just alright.

The location was perfect! It was a well equipped space. Comfortable. Some noise from the restaurant neighbors- but didn’t bother us- wasn’t noisy early or late. Neighborhood was excellent- tons of restaurants, bars, shops and sights- and easy access to public transport.

Super cute historical building located near the oldest part of the city with lots to do! Located off main road so it’s mostly quiet even with the many people out and about. Would recommend and stay here again!

Lovely, well-equipped apartment!

We had a great stay at this little flat just by the waterside. It's only a few minutes walk to my favorite swimming spot, Långholmen. I'm from Stockholm and the area the flat is in my favorite area. You can easily also walk over to Liljeholmen and have a swim and walk around, eat some nice food at Mama yes. There is a very cosy and tasty Italian restaurant 2 minutes from the flat called Capricci, we got some pizza there one night and ate it on the flat's balcony. The flat has less of a personal touch as it's a company who owns it not a private person, however they are extremely quick to respond to any questions and they are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the curtains were proper curtains, or the option to use blackouts. The curtains are almost completely see-through, and in summer in Sweden it's always light so it felt like being in bed with the lights on. The flat was very clean and modern, we loved the balcony!
