Casa perfetta per visitare Stoccolma: pulita, con arredamento nuovo e con tutto l’indispensabile.Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vista dalla casa e la zona: è una zona residenziale tranquilla ma in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata del traghetto 80 che porta con una fermata all’isola Djurgarden e con quella successiva in centro (Kungsträdgården).Comodo il self check-in e Andreas molto disponibile quando c’è stato bisogno.

The apartment is great and comfortable. We have been staying for 12 days. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, coffee and tee, detergents. The same is with the bathroom - all the necessary towels, shampoo etc., everything you need to live here. There is a bus station nearby, so it was easy to get to Stockholm city.Thank you Frederik, for your hospitality!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Andreas, trovandoci molto bene. Il monolocale è moderno e arredato in modo funzionale. La doccia ha una porta vetri così da non allagare il bagno durante l’uso. La cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario per preparare colazione e pasti (padelle, pentole, spatole…). La cucina dispone di frigorifero, lavastoglie, piano ad induzione e microonde. La vista che si gode sul canale è bellissima. Consiglio senza dubbio.

Tutto è andato bene, buon rapporto qualità prezzo in quella zona. L’unico problema sono stati i lavori di fronte al palazzo, che facevano moltissimo rumore dalle 7 del mattino, ma quello non è certamente colpa dell’ host

Barrio residencial agradable, bien comunicado con bus ( a 1 y 5 minutos) y metro (a 12 minutos). En isla céntrica. Alojamiento impecable, espacioso, limpio, bien amueblado.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s apartment. Firstly, Fredrik responded promptly to all enquiries and provided helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment from Stockholm city centre. Secondly, the apartment itself entirely matched the description - it was spotlessly clean and contained everything we required. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood which is extremely peaceful at night, so noise is not an issue. Although the apartment is on the island of Lidingo, it is very easy to get into the city centre. There is a tram stop a 2 minute walk from the apartment - the tram takes about 15 minutes to reach Ropsten railway station from where you can hop on a train to Central Station. The train journey is also about 15 minutes, so you can be in the city centre fairly quickly. However, we preferred to catch the ferry into the city centre from the ferry stop around the corner which takes about 45 minutes.

Andreas' flat was an excellent little hub for our group stay. Lidingö was amazing and had a lovely centrum. Would highly recommend this lovely stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my first time in Stockholm. SOFO is an amazing neighborhood with some of the best restaurants, cafes, and views in the whole city, and Elias' flat is right in the middle of it all. The apartment was cozy, spacious, and had all that was needed during the trip. Excellent water pressure in the shower and and a very soft bed. I will be sure to be back the next time I am in Stockholm!

Beautiful and huge apartment with amazing views, ideally located on Kungsholmen.My main issue was that it is clear this is more of a money making machine, with people checking in and out all the time and issues not being resolved (the shower is a mess and leaks everywhere as per several reviews). It is clearly managed by a company and the cleaners had failed to unload the dishwasher and had left two dirty boxers behind! The whole process felt a bit impersonal.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super, die Lage ist praktisch und die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Wir haben das Airbnb sehr genossen und keine Kritik!

Great place, very well located, and extremely clean. The host is responsive and friendly. However, you won’t be able to leave your luggage on the day you check out unless you pay €60 for a late checkout...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, en famille. L’appartement est très calme, lumineux et chaleureux. Les transports en commun sont très proches (1 minute à pied pour les bus et 10 minutes les autres moyens).Il y a un commerce à 10 minutes (toujours à 🦶) dans lequel vous pourrez faire vos courses sans soucis. Même si la rue jouxte l’appartement, on n’entend strictement rien. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön und wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Es gibt viele Schränke zum Verstauen der Sachen, so dass es auch zu viert genug Platz gibt. Bis zum Stadtzentrum ist man ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten unterwegs. Der Bus ist sehr gut erreichbar, zur Bahnstation muss man ca. 15 Minuten gehen. Ein sehr schöner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
