It is a really nice apartment, we enjoy a lot our holidays there.It is near from metro, and if you want to walk is not too far from the city center. Really well equipped the kitchen and a warm place. I totally recommend it!

Good location, responsive host and a clean apartment in central Sodermalm.

Appartement très bien situé, très pratique.

Logement très bien situé (proche des transports en commun). L’hôte nous a bien accueillis avec toutes les instructions nécessaire. Par contre je ne pense pas que l’appartement ai la capacité pour 6 personnes. Nous étions 5 et c’était tout juste. En effet, Il n’y a que 2 lits ( avec le 2ème se trouvant dans une très petite chambre) et un canapé. Nous avions aussi eu un problème d’electrité, lorsqu’on branchait le grille pain le courant sautait constamment. Pour le reste, tout était ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment. There are good communications from Lilla Essingen (where the studio is located) and five min walk there is a great cafe by the water.

Lovely spacious flat in a great location, we had a very comfortable stay. Very handy for both the airport bus (third stop Berzeliigatan) is 2 mins away, and also local buses and trams. very quiet and with everything you need - and walkable to everywhere. Hope to stay again!

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement was schoon en zoals op de foto's. Elias reageerde heel snel toen we een klein probleempje hadden, het was binnen een halfuur opgelost. Het inchecken ging erg makkelijk met de duidelijke instructies die we hadden gekregen. Ik raad het zeker aan een accomodatie bij Elias te huren.

Siamo stati da Andreas in 4, due adulti e due ragazzi, e la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Ci è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento per muoverci coi mezzi pubblici e vedere diverse parti di Stoccolma. L'appartamento era pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Segnalo solo la mancanza di una scopa o di un aspirapolvere e la porta che è pesante da aprire quindi le prime volte dovevamo abituarci.Per il resto top! Ottimo soggiorno e splendida vista! Da consigliare

Great location close to riverPositive: Good location with excellent transport links for Stockholm & beyond. Well equipped apartment in nice local area close to river.Negative: Over complicated codes & locking systems - seemed to cause confusion but we eventually got used to it!

Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Wichtigste war vorhanden. Die Infos zum Einchecken kamen zuverlässig.Negative: Das eine Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine.

Helt ok ställe men varken TV eller WiFi fungerade, sängen/soffan är extremt obekvämt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Aus dem 4. Stock hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht, das Apartment war sauber, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Super war auch die Lage, nur 2 Busstationen ins Zentrum von Stockholm, oder mit der Fähre. Die Buchung der Unterkunft war mit der zusätzlichen Verifizierung und dem Unterzeichnen der “Hausregeln“ etwas umständlich und nicht sehr transparent. Nach der Bestätigung gab es viele detaillierte Informationen zur Nutzung, zum Check-In/-Out, bei Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt ein tolles Apartment!

We enjoyed a lot our 3 nights stay at this place. We wanted to book a place with something special and this place with ruins fulfilled our wishes perfectly.

We spent a couple of nights in this lovely apartment with all the facilities. It’s very well deserved by boats (same ticket as buses) with which you can reach the city center in about 15 min.We will definitely come back here next time we visit.

Logement propre et calme, bus à proximité mais on peut aussi tout faire à pieds.

Riktigt bra, kompakt lägenhet med fantastiskt utsikt. Skulle besöka igen! För info så är köket något begränsat. Spisen har bara två plattor och ugnen är liten.
