Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 76 ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar und fährt durch die Altstadt. Perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr schlicht und sehr groß , fast wie ein Bürohaus.

Sehr hübsche, kleine Wohnung in einem lustigen Viertel super mit der U-Bahn ins Zentrum erreichbar. Andreas ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar ist und viel Auskunft gibt.

We had a great stay in Södermalm, it was close walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars and nearby park Vitabergsparken, also super close to a nice walk along the river. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for two people. Good comms from Olof.

Goede locatie dichtbij een station. Ook dichtbij supermarkt! We zijn tevreden!

Der er ikke så meget at sige. Lejligheden var super fin, den var ren og ryddelig og lå virkelig godt i forhold tjl at komme rundt i Stockholm by. Alt i alt en virkelig god lejlighed til pengene!!

Overall very happy with the stay. great location for using public transport with the metro into city close by. Good having 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. very close to shops such as a great supermarket and food places. The main issue we had was the internet didn't work, even after resetting the router. we contacted host and suggested resetting but no further help to rectify problem. The kitchen could benefit from an electric jug and a microwave.

Olof´s lägenhet var perfect att använda inför turerna in till centrala Stockholm.

Clear and easy check in with very flexible times. Good communication and easy to get to the center. Place itself is spacious and amazing for a group of 6 people

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung in Kristineberg sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht auf das Wasser genossen und die Nähe zur Ubahn sehr geschätzt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Andreas sent very detailed instructions but because we arrived late in the day with very tired children we made a bit of a mess of finding the right door to the apartments at first. Once inside, we tried several lockboxes before finding the right one - again, I think the instructions were clear enough but we weren't very good at following them.The flat was nice, with the necessary amenities, and we made ourselves comfortably at home. Andreas was very good at communicating if we had any questions and we felt he cared about giving us the best experience.We found several local shops and cafes useful - Princess Konditoriet serves very good decaf coffee, has lovely staff, and Burgers & Beer (we didn't have beer) was perfect for us with kids and had really lovely owner. About 15 mins walk.Best of all was the multitude of transport options to get all over Stockholm, chiefly Metro (T) and tram. I recommend you learn all the tunnels under the railway station for easier walking.

Emplacement excellent. Literie de bonne qualité, appartement propre et dans un environnement sécurisé. On regrettera le rideau de douche affaissé , le manque d’ampoules, et la faible luminosité de l’éclairage. Au bout du compte les photos de l’annonce apparaissent beaucoup trop lumineuse par rapport à la réalité .Cela reste néanmoins un bel appartement pour séjourner mais des réparations s’imposent au vu du prix qui est payé.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Fredrick’s apartment very much. It was very comfortable and close to the no 1 bus into the centre of Stockholm. We would definitely stay there again.

Prachtige locatie rustig buiten het centrum, goed bereikbaar met bus en trein en een zeer lichte ruimte. Slaapbank was bij aankomst nog niet goed uitgeklapt, maar als dit goed gebeurd ligt hij erg goed. De ruimte voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; voor vier personen wel een beetje krap, maar prima te doen.

The place was in a great location, which made it easy to get around. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good option if you're looking for something straightforward and convenient.

This apartment is truly in one of the best areas of Stockholm - super safe, great area for restaurants and bars, and walkable to other parts of the city. The space was also very spacious and clean, and comfortably hosted 3 people. The kitchen was a little sparse, but we had everything we needed to make basic food.Overall, I would highly recommend this place and it is the best bang for your buck in Stockholm!
