Cosy apartment in a cool neighbourhood of Stockholm. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small so if you are considering to cook or a long stay then consider elsewhere. Overall, as two backpackers eating out most evenings, it was a very pleasant stay!

Perfekt sted når man skal oppdage Stockholm og skal bare sove i leiligheta. For 4 personer var det litt lite, men funker sikkert supert for 2 personer, men når vi dro ut sofaen for å sove så var det ingen plass igjen på gulvet, så det var vanskelig med bagasjen. Stedet var rent og flott, og kjøkkenet var praktisk, men på badet var det litt rar lukt og det så litt ut som et baderom på et sykehus. Instruksjonene for å sjekke inn var bra og tydelig, men det kom altfor mange auto-genererte meldinger. Det kom minst tre lange meldinger som oppfordret til å kjøpe ekstra tjenester (som for eksempel å kjøpe tidlig innsjekk), og alt av meldinger var automatiske, så ingen direkt kontakt med verten, noe jeg synes er lite hyggelig. Alt i alt helt i orden.

Place is nicely and comfortably furnished and well cleaned. We felt right at home. Location directly at C11 which brings you to downtown Stockholm in 30 minutes by bike. We would stay here again when coming back to Stockholm.

Sehr ruhiger Ort mit toller Aussicht, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Man kann einfach per Handy einchecken.

It's a fantastic place and a great place to stay with a beautiful view from the house. We especially enjoyed the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Kim was very helpful and provided all the information we needed for our queries. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if we visit in the future.

The place offers great value for money, especially considering the prices of other Airbnbs in Stockholm. Hosting is clearly a business for the host, as he was very professional; the instructions couldn’t have been clearer, and he always responded promptly. The location is also excellent, close to the sea with a beautiful view. While it may seem a bit far from the city center, the connection is good, with many buses and a ferry just 5 minutes from the building, which can take you to the city in about 10 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with this place and would highly recommend it!

Hadde god kommunikasjon med verten. Leiligheten var bra.

Prisvärt boende! Nära till kollektivtrafik och promenadavstånd till centrum på Södern. Något krångel med hissen, men det löste sig med en grannes kod. Smidigt med koderna annars. Fräsch lägenhet.

Bra kollektivstrafikförbindelse med centrala Sthlm, tar drygt 25min till T-centralen.Rent och fräscht, som på bilderna.Spårgården intill hotellet störde inte nämnvärt, efter ca 19:30 körde inga fler tåg där inne.Dock något sämre ventilation på rummet, märkbart kvavt när det var soliga dagar.Det var även problem med vattnet över hela Lidingö under vår vistelse, på grund av bakterietillväxt så rekommenderades samtliga hushåll att koka allt vatten som skulle användas vid matlagning och drickas. Hade önskat att vi fick den informationen av värden innan ankomst eftersom vatten på flaska var slutsålt på närliggande livsmedelsbutiker på grund av detta.Men överlag ett prisvärt boende som rekommenderas.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax . The location was also good, conveniently situated near supermarket and bus stops . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Had a great experience, clean apartment and very responsive and cooperative host.

Beautiful apartment, cozy and perfectly well located in Södermalm. There was everything we needed for a short stay, well equipped kitchen etc. We fell in love with the interior. Check-in and out were well described and everything went well. Thank you Fredrik!

The host was very easy to communicate with, and the place looked like in the pictures. The location is perfect - 30 min. From Stockholm center, right next to Publc transportation, and very close to beautiful nature and hiking trails. Only thing to say, is that towels for drying clean dishes is not available, and the same applies for extra trash bags. If you come by plane, you will most likely not have these things with you :-)

Super Wohnung, zur nächsten Tram-Station ist es nicht weit (max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Stockholm fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Gute Unterkunft, ist weiterzuempfehlen.
