We had a very pleasant stay in Stockholm, a magnificent city that we explored extensively: Gamla Stan, Vasamuseet, Abba Museum ... and used the bus, metro, tram and boat!We also visited Sigtuna, magnificent.We really appreciated the rental, which was very pleasant to live in and comfortable, very well equipped, and very well located.What could be improved, however:We would have liked to find a little documentation explaining the situation in relation to the environment (map and shops around), how the parking works, how to use the hob, the oven ...The respect of the time of making the rental available. The cleaning lady arrived at the same time as us, conscientiously cleaned ... until 4:15 p.m.Beyond these points, we are fully satisfied with the rental and the stay.We will keep an excellent memory of our stay in Stockholm.Thank you.Jean-Claude.

Appartement agréable, très bien entretenu. L'hôte nous a répondu et dépanné rapidement. Le bruit de la route s'oublie rapidement.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e vicino al centro, ben collegato con il servizio pubblico. E' ampio e luminoso e non manca nulla per rendere un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Lo consiglio ad altri molto volentieri!

Nice and clean appartement. Very calm. Has all the essentials. Particularly suitable if you love running. The 9 km Kungsholmen running loop is just outside the appartement. There are some hilly parts but all in all it's a nice stroll with beautiful views. You can push further if needed to Lilla Essingen and from there to Stora Essingen. Our host Andreas was very welcoming, reacted always very fast and found a solution to all our interrogations. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Insgesamt hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Viel Platz und gute Lage (Nähe U-Bahn) um Stockholm zu erkunden. Das kleine Badezimmer war uns aufgrund der Fotos und der Rezensionen bewusst. Wir kamen aber gut damit zurecht. Das was uns für den perfekten Komfort mehr gefehlt hätte, wäre eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle (sind aber auch korrekterweise nicht als Ausstattungsmerkmale angegeben). Das Sofa in der unteren Etage war schon etwas fleckig.Die Informationen zu Check-in etc. erfolgten über automatisierte Nachrichten vom Verwalter, waren aber völlig ausreichend.Insgesamt wie gesagt für den Preis sehr in Ordnung und absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war einfach super. Die Wohnung war original wie beschrieben, alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Manches ist neu, manches ist älter in der Wohnung, aber alles super in Ordnung. Das Schlaf und Wohnzimmer (mit einer urgemütlichen Couch) liegen nach hinten heraus in eine Grünanlage, die zum Wohnblock gehört.Es sind die Maschinen, Geschirr und Besteck in der Wohnung die man braucht um sich selbst sein Essen zu machen. Was das ganze aber abrundet ist die Kommunikation von und mit Andreas. Er antwortet super schnell und versendet vorbereitete Hinweise zur Anreise, Umgebung und Schlüsselerhalt, auch mit Links zu Bildern. Besser geht nicht. Und er ist super nett in seinen Mails.Zu empfehlen ist vor allem die Lage, da in 200-400m Entfernung alles zum Einkaufen und Essen (Pizza, Taco, Thai) ist sowie die U-Bahn. in 17 Minuten bis T-Centralen und schon ist man in der Mitte von Stockholm.Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Schöne UnterkunftPositive: Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung, super für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.Wir durften unser Gepäck außerdem schon vor dem offiziellen Check in in der Unterkunft abstellen.Negative: Etwas schwer zu finden, da uns zwei verschiedene Adressen vorlagen. Außerdem haben wir von der Unterkunft viele verschiedene Mails mit diversen Informationen erhalten, dadurch wurde es etwas unübersichtlich, da teilweise anscheinend auch verallgemeinert Infos angegeben waren, die nicht zutrafen. Ein Beispiel war hier, dass in einer Mail von einem Schlüssel die Rede war, den wir beim Check in abholen sollten, obwohl wir in einer anderen Mail bereits detaillierte Anweisungen mit verschieden PIN Codes zum Öffnen der Türen erhalten hatten. Dadurch kam es bei uns zu etwas Verunsicherung.

Positive: The apartment was clean & well equipped. It was central to all areas & public transport was excellent.

Positive: Ubytování bylo pohodlné, blízko autobusové zastávky a blízko supermarketu Coop. Vybavení bylo naprosto super, celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni.Negative: Nedostatek toaletního papíru a špatně se to ubytování hledá.

Saubere, nette Unterkunft. Die Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, wurde im Beschrieb nicht erwähnt, wer Bunkerfeeling haben will...Lüftung in einem Zimmer defekt, starker Durchzug.

Amazing studio in söder, the location was perfect with a grocery store next door and proximity to a subway station

Die Wohnung war super für den Preis, man hat mit dem Bus/Bahn nur knapp 20 Minuten ins Zentrum gebraucht. Das einzige Manko war, wir haben uns in der Wohn Gegend einbisschen unwohl gefühlt (verlassene Häuser, kaum Menschen) aber uns ist nichts passiert und unserem Auto auch nicht!

Bra, rent boende! ligger lite meckigt till om man ska ta sig till centrum men prisvärt om du orkar göra några extra byten!

The host is very responsive, and provided extra blankets as requested. The house looks very modern as shown in the pictures. It comes with a full kitchen, including all the pots and bowls. It's also a 7 min walk to Coop, a supermarket.Having 1 full + 1 half bathroom is perfect for 3-4 people.If I really had to think of improvements for this listing, I would say bigger serving bowls for sharing! (There are only small bowls in the kitchen)Thanks Fredrik, will recommend this listing to others :)
