We had a wonderful stay in Gamla Stan at Elias’s place. It is in a terrific location, one block in from the water. It was close to all of the main sites in Stockholm, including the Royal Palace, the Vasa Museum, the National Museum and so much more. The apartment is on the third floor with some tricky steps, but very doable for our family with 3 young kids. There are also a number of nice restaurants on the same street as the apartment building, which was very convenient for dinner out with the family. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Stockholm for multiple nights and close to all of the main attractions.

Nice apartment in good location. The bus stop is super close and brings you to the subway station in just one stop.

Hervorragend vom Flughafen Arlanda aus zu erreichen, auch eine Bahnfahrt nach Uppsala ist unkompliziert. Von der Station Solna aus sind die Innenstadt und umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Drottningsholm) schnell zu erreichen. Der Check-In hat super funktioniert, auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat uns für fünf Personen gerade so gereicht. Die von anderen Bewohnern schon beschriebenen kleineren Mängel waren weiterhin vorhanden. Wir konnten uns aber damit arrangieren. Auch im Blick auf das manchmal instabile Internet konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter einigen.

A beautiful flat with a gorgeous view from the balcony. TV has chromecast so you can watch anything you like by pairing your phone to it. Andreas was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions. 5 min walk to nearest metro stop.

The apartment has a very good location for a one week Stockholm visit, you can reach the metro and other public transports just before the house. More shops and restaurants are also really near. The kitchen has basic equipment, so you can prepare food also. The aparment was absotulety clean, you will like the beds if you prefer soft ones.

Alojamiento limpio y bien conservado. Un poco justo de menaje de cocina. Barrio agradable y tranquilo. Muy buena comunicacion con el centro por metro y autobús. Parques infantiles y bonitos prasos por lo alredodores. También cetro comercial a 5min en metro. Ideal para ir en familia y para mayores.

Een hele goede locatie en een schoon appartement. Goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. De kinderen vonden het vooral leuk om te zwemmen in het open water vanaf de vlonder voor het appartement. Verder mooie wandelroutes in de buurt van het appartement. Voor een gezin zouden wat extra pannen in de keuken een goede toegevoegde waarde zijn. Ook is het prettiger slapen in de woonkamer en slaapkamer als de gordijnen zouden passen; nu was het heel licht.

Excellent location near transportation, parks and restaurants in Södermalm! The only reason we are sticking with 4 of 5 starts is because of a massive subway expansion project underway right next to the building. The construction started promptly at 6:30am each day and was generally quite disruptive. We needed to have the windows open due to the lack of air conditioning and the construction noise woke us all up each day. The host should strive to note this in the listing right away, along with an estimated time to completion.

Absolutely beautiful flat. 9 minute walk to the local train station which takes you to Stockholm central station. The rooms were very spacious. They get rather warm during the night, but this was remedied by opening the windows. Be aware there is no onsite parking for this accommodation, which caught us out as we had hired a car which had to be parked in public car parking with a cost. Also - there are no televisions in the whole place, so be prepared to self entertain!

Nice place to stay in Stockholm, very easy to commuter everywhere, nice surroundings - great playgrounds for kids to play, nice to walk near the water.

De passage a Stockholm avec des amis, nous avons trouvé cet appartement parfaitement situé à proximité d'une station de métro qui dessert le centre ville en moins de 20 minutes. Les instructions pour récupérer les clefs étaient très précises et permettent des arrivées flexibles.L'appartement est totalement conforme à la description.Je ne peux que recommander l'hôte !

Excellent place to have gatherings of friends and family. The house has an extremely pleasant and clean atmosphere. I suggest that you visit this location.

Vi hadde greit opphold i leiligheten. Den var ren og godt vedlikeholdt, og kommunikasjonen med verten var enkel og effektiv. Området var livlig med mye som skjer, spesielt om kveldene, noe som kan være både spennende og urolig. Til tross for dette, følte vi oss trygge og jeg vil anbefale dette stedet til andre som ønsker en sentral praktisk beliggenhet👍🏻

Positive: We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was clean and comfortable, all kitchen utensils, even paper towels were provided. The bed was very comfortable. Our question regarding the internet was answered promptly. All information was sent out on time and answered our questions that didn't even come up. It was only 30 minutes from the old town, with good transportation links (buses, metro, ferry) nearby, also a Coop supermarket with long opening hours. The island of Södermalm - where the apartment was located - is very quiet, there is a nice park nearby and a nice waterfront to relax.Negative: Please note that there is a subway construction site nearby, so the heavy noise starts at 8am on weekdays (but it was mentioned in the booking description). The WIFI information was not available. The balcony could have been more inviting if the bird “marks” had been removed or it had been decorated.

ConsigliatoPositive: Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario. Letti comodi e anche il divano letto molto comodo. Autobus 76 per il centro con fermata sotto casa e il 57 sempre per il centro a 2 minuti.Se si desidera ci si può muovere utilizzando i traghetti poco distanti. Appartamento luminoso con piccolo terrazzino.Negative: Nulla. Tutto ok.

Kjempefin leilighet! Ny og fresh leilighet med alt du trenger. Fem minutt å gå til sentrum. Stor og fin terrasse med flott utsikt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.
