Very beautiful and clean stay. The Apartment was as advertised and Andreas was more than friendly and welcome to help!Even provided me with Train/Taxi times and prices to help me out and the Apartment was nice and Clean!

Très agréable séjour dans un logement très confortable. La résidence est calme. L'éloignement du centre de Stockholm (15min de marche + 15min de métro) n'est pas du tout un problème, la trajet se fait facilement.Je n'ai pas rencontré Elias mais ai reçu toutes les informations nécessaires et Elias a répondu à mes questions très rapidement. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui en plus, n'est vraiment pas cher.

Pontus’s place was neat and tidy, and in a great location by the water within walking location to everywhere. It was so lovely to jump into the lake after a day of riding at the bike park, put sauna on and have a chilled dinner at home. Place was well equipped and it felt like home away from home. Would love to stay there again when back to Åre.

Jättefin och rymlig lägenhet. 10-15 gångavstånd till pendeltåg. Lugnt o skönt område. Nästa gång i Stockholm kommer vi igen. Vi alla är jättenöjda.

Very nice apartment right in the center of oldtown. Charming, convenient, great value for money.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Studio Wohnung war gut und sehr sauber für uns vorbereitet und genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Studio ist ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht, mit viel Stauraum. Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind mit 850 Metern leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.

En koselig liten loftsleilighet, ryddig og pen, nær sentrum, men likevel stille og fredelig. Heis til 7. etasje heldigvis!Vi er svært takknemlige for plasseringen tett på en fantastisk park med badedam for barna, og en ellevilt vakker lekeplass i enden.I tillegg var det et stort pluss for oss småbarnsforeldre at vi hadde tilgang til takterrasse rett over gangen, da kunne vi sitte der på kveldene når barna var i seng.Verten, Elias, responderte utrolig raskt når vi lurte på noe, og svarte både tidlig og sent.Han var ryddig å forholde seg til, og hadde mye god informasjon før ankomst.Kan varmt anbefales!

Tolle Wohnung in einer super schönen Gegend. Im Nachbarhaus ist eine Bar, welche man in den Abendstunden sehr laut hört. Die Fenster kann man dementsprechend nachts nicht offen lassen. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ausgestattete Küche. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. Andreas was friendly and actively communicating with me. I'll recommend this place to friends.

Istruzioni dettagliate per raggiungere l'appartamento che si trova a 15/18 minuti dal centro ( 8 minuti di cammino e 8 minuti di treno suburbano). L'alloggio era pulito e ben attrezzato ( abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la presenza di una lavatrice+ asciugatrice e la lavastoviglie). Cucina ben attrezzata. A poca distanza mini market. Host reattivo e disponibile. Buon compromesso per visitare il centro

Meine Mädls und ich hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Diese war in echt etwas kleiner als auf den Bilder zu erkennen, jedoch hat es uns dennoch an nichts gefehlt.

The apartement is well located, only 20mins to central station. It is spacious with an enjoyable view. Neighbourhood is nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht. Klein aber fein.Der Badeplatz in der Nähe hat uns sehr gefallen. Gut mit ÖV erreichbar.

La estancia estuvo muy bien y el lugar es cómodo

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Lage ist optimal: auf der anderen Strassenseite befand sich ein Supermarkt und direkt neben dem Haus fährt ein Bus in Zentrum. In Södermalm befinden sich zudem viele gute Restaurants, die problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Auch die U-Bahn Station ist in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar.

Great location and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend.

Appartement très charmant très bien situé à Stockholm. Absence de rideau et sdb très petite. Nous n’avons pas pu malheureusement laisser notre unique valise dans l’appartement sur des horaires ne dérangeant le locataire suivant. On a donc été obligé de louer un box à la gare pour pouvoir faire les visites du dernier matin. Elias a été très réactif tout au long du séjour.
