This is an apartment building where, from what I've gathered, many apartments have the same design and are offered for rent by the same company. It was a bit weird feeling like I was in a hotel but I was not. The instructions for entry were a bit confusing because one needed to enter a different code in a few different places, and the lock in the apartment door did not always work at the first attempt. However, overall, staying there was a pleasant experience. The apartment was equipped with everything except for a microwave, a washer and a dishwasher, but it was in line with the description. It was especially nice to have a small balcony with a patio view and a quick access to a nearby park and water. I recommend it!

Bon appartement, situé à 8 minutes du métro en passant par un petit parc. Quartier assez discret, accessible facilement : seul couac, parking payant devant 15€/journée. Les frais de ménages sont légèrement élevés mais pour le logement est réellement propre !

Andreas’ place was just as described, clean and cozy. The location is really good and easy to find. The wet room is really tiny but still ok to use. We parked our car outside every night, the street was super quiet and felt safe.

Great and communicative host! Property was walking distance from the bus and ferry making it easy to see as much of Stockholm as possible in our short trip!

A great place, exactly as described. Excellent location, close to a good grocery store and access to the metro line into city centre. A beautiful area to walk.

The apartment was clean and matched the photos, but the kitchen needed more utensils and we had a bit of a problem with setting up our beds, but the host was responsive and helped us with all the problems. Location was quiet and Stockholm centre reachable via metro.

Studio agréable et calme, conforme à la description.Hôte réactif et courtois. Quartier agréable avec restaurants, commerces et station de métro à proximité.Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : le studio se trouve au rez-de-chaussée mais il y a une dizaine de marches pour y accéder.Je recommande.

Positive: Die Aussicht war großartig! Die Anbindung mittels Fähre sehr gut!Negative: Wir waren froh, das Quartier im obersten Stock gebucht zu haben, da dort die Aussicht optimal ist! Unten ist dies natürlich nicht gegeben.

Generell gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Bei der Wohnung handelt sich scheinbar um ein großes ehemaliges Krankenhaus, was etwas komisch wirken kann. Bei der Wohnung selbst hat alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation war etwas mühsam und ungewöhnlich: Vor Buchung wurde nach Social-Media Accounts von allen Gästen zur Verifizierung gefragt. Die Nachrichten waren teils automatisiert generiert, unnötig lang und teilweise mehrfach gesendet; so wurde zb nach bestätigter Buchung erneut nach einem Foto des Ausweis gefragt obwohl dies bereits erledigt wurde

Nice, clean space nearby a lot of great shops and restaurants. Close enough to the tourist areas but far enough away that you're with the locals. Enjoyed our stay very much! I would of preferred to have a piece of paper in the studio with instructions and info, rather than getting texted all of the information. Also having a fan for some air flow would be nice. We opened the window but it can be very noisey with the garbage trucks.

Nice Place to live by coop super market but not much good food area around. But close to bus stop and you have to go close by . Open and bid place to live .
