Très bonne expérience et moments dans ce logement. Un peu excentré, mais du coup au calme, et très bien placé pour accéder très rapidement à tous les lieux d'intérêt de Stockholm (arrêt de bus quasi au pied de l'immeuble, métro à 10min à pied). Petite supérette bien pratique en face de l'immeuble. seul petit bémol : l'ascenseur qui est assez capricieux 😅Très bon prix pour une nuit!

Our stay in Södermalm was quite comfortable and smooth. The flat was similar to out expectations - modern with enough space. There was everything in place that we needed. All instructions were clear and helpful. Only the elevator was out of order for the half of our stay, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Appartement très moderne et très lumineux, très facile d'accès (juste à côté du métro , situé à 10 minutes du centre). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le quartier très paisible.

Casa come da descrizione! Monolocale con cucina e bagno, ok per famiglia di 4 per pochi giorni! Servitissima dai mezzi pubblici, quartiere molto carino. Giardini e pub dietro casa adattissimo a famiglia con bambini!

Leuk en mooi ingericht appartement, dicht bij een zwemplaats.Dicht bij metro die je dadelijk naar het centrum brengt, te voet is het wat ver (voor ons kwam het neer op ongeveer 45 min enkel).

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Bett ist für 2 Personen sehr schmal aber man kann auch auf der Couch bequem schlafen.

This place was lovely. Right near the water with many restaurants a short walk away. A little far from the train, but it wasn’t a problem and you can get to most places fairly quickly and easily. Ubers are also very affordable. Great stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement.Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und auf Fragen meinerseits bekam ich eine sehr schnelle , überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Antwort.Der Check in gestaltete sich problemlos und unkompliziert.Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet und wir konnten kleine Gerichte zubereiten.Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln was für eine Erkundung der Stadt spitze war, da wir sehr kurze Wege hatten.Leider empfand ich die Sauberkeit vor allem von den Küchenschränken udem Boden als unzureichend. Es war ziemlich staubig und die Schränke innen etwas verklebt.Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank war fast vollständig vereist und wir konnten kaum Tiefkühlprodukte aufbewahren.Diese kleinen Abstriche könnten bestimmt leicht verbessert werden.Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Schöne grosse Altbauwohnung auf 2 Etagen im 5. Stock mit schöner Aussicht, in guter Lage mit Nähe zu Bus und Metro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und verschiedenen Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider nur winziges Bad mit Dusche, WC und winzigem Waschbecken. Für Lichtempfindliche gibt es in den Schlafzimmern leider keine Möglichkeit zum Abdunkeln. Leider war die WC Brille nicht befestigt, der Abfluss verstopft, einige Lampen und 2 Küchenschränke defekt. Die Nachbarn sind lärm-sensibel und stören sich am knarrenden Parkettboden beim Laufen.

+ väldigt fin lägenhet och lätt att hitta. Bra instruktioner från värd och härligt område med närhet till det mesta- trångt badrum, ganska lyhört så man hörde grannarna rätt så väl. Det var en del kryp I taket i sovrummet, döda och levande

Es hat alles den Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet und das nötige Equipment ist vorhanden.

Nice little apartment with good transportation, bus stops and the metro are pretty close, so it’s easy to get around the city. The apartment was clean and tidy and the price was good. However, the equipment was quite minimal. For cooking there was only a small pot and a pan, only one tablecloth, but no sugar, salt, napkins, drying rack etc. There was only one tiny bin in the kitchen, but not in the bathroom. It’s worth the price but it’s quite uncomfortable to spend several days without basic stuff. The area was usually peaceful but the walls are pretty thin, and the neighbors were quite loud sometimes in the night.

We loved this place and the neighbourhood!! Stunning surrounds with restaurants, cafes and shops all at your doorstop. We stayed in summer when streets are blocked off and restaurants flow out into the streets. We were there for a week and t was a great place to explore (multiple train lines) and rest like a local

Estuvimos muy cómodos. La zona estaba bien comunicada a unos 10 minutos andando a la estación de Älvsjō. Un supermercado a 5 minutos del alojamiento. Zona residencial y tranquila.
