Har bott med Pontus som värd flera gånger och har/är alltid nöjd. Mycket valuta för pengarna.inför denna vistelse hade man bytt ut inpasseringskort mot att öppna dörrar med app.Inte alltid appen läste av rätt och man fick försöka några gånger innan (framförallt entrén) öppnade. Egentligen inga bekymmer.Dock så försvann min "nyckel" på appen vid midnatt dagen jag skulle checka ut. Hade jag varit ute efter midnatt hade jag alltså inte kommit in i varken byggnaden eller lägenheten. Kändes mindre bra.

As described, a simple apartment studio that seems as if it might have been a convalescent home in the past (hospital style wide bathroom doors for ex), so the corridors are pretty sterile. But generally a comfortable apartment in a great location and furnished with everything you could want. The host is extremely communicative - you can expect quick answers! I would stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est propre et très calme. Un plus avec la supérette en face de l’immeuble. Pour aller dans le centre de Stockholm l’idéal est de prendre le bus 76 en bas de l’immeuble direct jusqu’au Palais Royal ou de faire un changement pour le métro ligne verte à la station medborgarplasten. Comptez environ 20 minutes.Attention ne remplissez pas trop votre poubelle sinon elle ne passera pas dans le vide ordures 😅Olof a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Hell, groß, sauber. gut renoviert. 2 Schlafzimmer, Betten gut. gemütliches , sauberes Sofa. Die Kücheneinrichtung fand ich etwas spärlich. Kein großer Topf. da ist es schwierig Nudeln für 4 Personen zu kochen.... Küchengeräte minimalistisch, billigstes Plastik, Kein Besen / Kehrblech um mal zu fegen. keine kleinen Schalen für Müsli , Joghurt/ Nachtisch.

Everything according to the description, our stay was very good. It's quite a steep walk from Åre centrum which might be good to know. Also no freezer in the room, only fridge. Great communication from Pontus. We do recommend!

Had a nice time and Fredrik seemed great but a few things that didn’t show up as they appeared in the listing. If someone is traveling with more constraints, these would be nice to know. First off Fredrik was very sweet/responsive about changes to our group size and tried to help when the WiFi didn’t work, appreciated! It’s also a safe area with great restaurants and is convenient for public transit. All of my notes are about the property itself. The WiFi didn’t work for our stay and the couch is different/smaller than the one pictured (this came into play when we tried to use it as a bed like it’s listed). A couple kitchen cabinet doors fell off when we initially inspected the space. The bathroom faucet and sink were lose. Some of the bedroom blinds were broken and adding a little context for the second bedroom, the bed is raised on a dresser and is tricky to navigate as it requires a step stool when getting in and out. This unit could be outstanding, just needs a little tlc.

The place was easy to find, and the instructions were clear how to enter the studio. The metro stations are pretty close and it's very easy to get to the centrum. Just be aware that there's no kettle and the hot water is limited. Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay here :)

Typical swedish household, which of course is really nice and a really chilled neighbourhood. Also easy to get to the centre fast with the metro.

It's a cozy home at a very beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay. Also everything went smoothly with the booking.

Spent two nights at Jostein’s place. The apartment is cozy and has a great location, within walking distance from many of Stockholm’s top attractions. Moreover, the hosts were very responsive, quick at answering any questions. Bathroom facilites could be better, as the shower can only be accessed from the main bedroom. Moreover, we arrived late in the evening after 12 hours in the car and found the apartment without toilet paper, and hand soap.
