Simple and reasonably priced. Good place to stay in Stockholm on a budget if you're happy to take the tube into the city each day. The station is only a 10 min walk away which is mainly through a park that is nice. Not much facilities or much to do in the area but perfect for just a quiet night to sleep and go out all day.

overall very good experience. calm and quiet. only slight negatives were that the common areas in the building could have been cleaner and seemed a bit sketchy at times, and that a microwave would have been great to have.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem größeren Gebäude und neben unserer Wohnung gibt es offensichtlich noch eine ganze Reihe anderer, gleichwertiger Wohnungen. Es kann deshalb sein, dass es so wie bei uns, notwendig ist durch lange Flure zu gehen. Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche enthält alles was man für einen Aufenthalt dort braucht. In der Nähe gibt es Cafes und Restaurants, die ansprechend sind. Weil fast vor der Haustüre der Bus abfährt ist man wunderbar angebunden. Wir können die Wohnung rundweg empfehlen.

L’appartamento è nel centro di Stoccolma, molto pulito e centrale. Il bagno davvero minuscolo. Lo consiglio per chi deve visitare Stoccolma.

Nice location, Nice apartment, however many problems in the building, lift was broken all the time and no access to the stairs code (door is locked). When booking make sure you have the code to also go in the stairs. We had to wait for a long time, as we could not get inside.

For those looking for an amazing location, this apartment is great. Located in the heart of Gamla Stan, there are endless options close by, while also in close walking distance to museums and so many sites. The apartment itself is in a beautiful old building. While there is a lot that is charming, there's some wear and tear. We were okay with it, and the location is just so good. Andreas made sure the check-in was smooth as well.

Wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit oud maar gezellig en proper appartementje in een groene woonbuurt. Als we toekwamen lag er een zelfgebakken brood en 4 kaneelbroodjes, heerlijk!Wel vrij dicht tegen autostrade waardoor die, als je buiten zat, wel hoorbaar was. Met het warme weer hebben we veel gebruik gemaakt van het balkon, maar we konden in de mooi verzorgde tuin ook altijd wel een zitplekje vinden. Het was 10 min wandelen naar het metrostation (T-banen) waardoor we op een half uurtje in Stockholm city waren. In de buurt van het station waren er meerdere winkels waar we inkopen konden doen.Wij vonden het wel tijd om de matrassen op de bedden te vervangen (doorgelegen) maar ze hebben ons beloofd om dit aan te pakken. Wij vonden het in ieder geval zalig om na de drukte van de stad naar de groene buitenwijk te trekken en daar tot rust te komen. Bedankt Andreas en Guestit en doe de groetjes aan de vriendelijke eigenaar.

Nice place. Good instructions on how to get in and out. Clean. A bit of a walk to public transport but not too bad

The apartment is quiet and similar to the pictures. It was perfectly clean. The building feels like a former hospital, but it is very functional, with elevators and wide doors. Access by code is convenient. The neighborhood is perfect. There is a small grocery store on the street and public transport (bus and boats) close by.We parked on the street and it was free for midsommer holiday. The rest of the time is « taxa 3 » zone, so it is probably cheaper to park in a public parking and pay for the day.

Jättemysig ställe. Fint utsikt Bara för mycket regler innan bokning som jag tänkte var onödigt Frågor om sociala medier profil av alla som ska bo i huset och id bild osv. Och det var ett måste annars kan man inte boka.Det står inte i beskrivningen om ljudsensor och andra regler som vi fick veta efter bokning. Vi var stressad för att vi bodde med barn som lekar och skriker. Om vakten kommer pga ljudet så vi ska betala €300. Kanske det blir bättre om man vet om rental agreement innan bokning.

de locatie van Andreas is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Stockholm. Tramstation naast de deur en de OV-veerpont is op 5 minuten. Geweldige manier om naar de stad te gaan.

The environment was magical, clean and full of nature. It has access to the city ferry which would save you some money and give you access to the beauty of Stockholm. I would use this facility again, although it was a little bit warm inside during summer for those who are used to Nordic weather.The location is close to the waterway, and walking around was absolutely awesome. The apartment was as in the picture, and although I had some issues accessing the apartment, I got help within 30 minutes.

La mejor estadía en el mejor lugar, tomar Ferry para los traslados lo hacía aún más mágico. Volvería mil veces.

Very nice accomodation in a scenic environment. We had a beautiful view to the stream, the lake and the mountains. When we had the window open we could sleep to the babbling of the stream which was truly amazing. The main square of the city and the cabin lift is a walkable distance.
