Selv om stedet var enkelt innredet, hadde vi det vi trengte for en helg. Rolig nabolag. Veldig koselige restauranter i området hvor man kunne spise både frokost og middag. Olof var lett å kommunisere med.

bit construction but since its away frolcity center, most of the daytime we are outside. so no big fuss, elevator broke down and no maintenance during my stay. there was a second option but in a 3 min walk distance. but recommend a more regular maintenance

Upon our arrival, the space was clean and bright—beautiful, big windows. The space was a bit bare, lacking personal touches. Also, communication with the host was formulaic, ie being redirected to a third party link to submit requests and no flexibility for 30 min early check in (cost would be ~$38). Instructions were easy to follow for check in and check out. Bed was comfy and bedroom had black out curtains. Overall good experience, though would probably try to find a place with more personality next time.

Communications were good - any misunderstandings about check-in were entirely down to me. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the city and into the archipelago. It's really well equipped, the shower is super and the bed very comfortable. Any issues we had were sorted out really quickly by Andreas.Would definitely stay again!

Goed locatie. We hadden wel last van luidruchtige buren. En slapen met het raam open (omdat het te warm was in het appartement) ging ook niet door het lawaai van buiten.

Andreas is extremely nice and responsive. The apartment is neat and tidy.

Olof’s place was very centrally located. It was super easy to get around and explore the city from there. It was very easy to check in. It was a great home base during our stay in Stockholm. Thanks, Olof!

Ideal location in the middle of the old town, very spacious and clean flat, easy check in process, had a great stay!Only drawback was the lack of blinds in the living room which meant having to wear eye masks to sleep and lack of privacy, the windows were tricky to open and there was a bit of noise from the street.

Great little flat very close to the Gardet metro station. While some may ding on the size of the shower and other amenities we get the sense it’s just the Swedish way and the bathroom while small is pretty ingenious. Especially the shower doors which seal water tight. Easy walk to Olstermslm and city though metro quickest. The metro essentially matches the DC metro system ( pick a color and ending place on a route). Good restaurants nearby and highly recommend Diwan for great Indian/Persian food. Very clean and quiet apartment matched the neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in Stockholm in a great location, just a couple of minutes to the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. Instructions were clear and the host was always responsive and helpful!

We really liked Frederik’s place. It was bright, clean and spacious.A few things could be improved: a very old mattress that is really hard to sleep on. Non-blackout blinds, so the room is extremely bright from 5am onwards. Quite weird automated messages after booking, where I was asked to provide my LinkedIn address multiple times, otherwise the booking would have been cancelled.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We loved everything about the apartment. The location is very convenient & we walked everywhere. The kitchen was great for cooking & very well stocked with all the pans & utensils. An extra bonus is the Jura coffee maker which we took full advantage of. All in all it was a great spot for my family & we’d book it again in a heart beat.

Nice price for a place like this

Very clean apartment, great location near many cafés and restaurants, and short walking distance to the metro station, bus stop even closer. The communication with the host was super smooth and fast. The living room and bedroom looked very nice, it was very quiet at night. The kitchen and bathroom are really old and very, very basic. I'm sure they can be renovated. This is the main reason I believe the price is high compared to what it offers. But still much more affordable than the overpriced hotels. What bothers me most is to pay almost 60 euro for the cleaning service at the point of making the booking, and then receive a list of checkout instructions about how to wash the dishes, throw the garbage, take off the bedlinen. All in all, this is a good option for a few days if you make yourself familiar with all the reviews as they help setting the right expectations.

Nice and clean. The interior was nice, but the building is not charming at all. The elevator was not working half of the time.Communication was excellent and Sødermalm is a great part of town.
