Had a great stay here for a couple of weeks. Really close to the city but still peacefully outside. Free street parking available (although one has to move the care at times) and the tram which connects to the Stockholm subway is just a few feet away.

Very nice place. Being close to the water made for relaxing evenings. I would recommend this place to a friend.

A very good and peaceful location. The flat was bigger enough to accommodate 3 people. You can take a ferry or tram+metro to go to city centre (ferry about 40 min and tram+metro about 25 minutes to city centre). A grocery store is nearby (about 500m) or 1 stop with tram, a nice ice-cream shop at the ferry stop. If you're looking something peaceful for your family and don't want to be exactly on the city centre, then this is a place for you.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche.Die Unterkunft ist in einer super schönen, ruhigen Lage mit einem Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind um die Ecke.Am Aufzug wurde gerade leider noch gebaut, weswegen wir unseren Kinderwagen immer 3 Stockwerke schleppen mussten, aber war ein gutes Workout ;)Würden immer wieder kommen!

Very clean and great view, close to the water. Great connections by metro to city centre and Stockholm surroundings! Would definitely go again.

Very well located in a lively neighborhood (the street where you enter the apartment is very lively, dotted with bars/restaurants), close to the city's transport links and the many activities available. The apartment is very clean.Very vigilant host who responds quickly to questions or clarifications, and is also very proactive. Arrival and departure instructions are very clear.For more than 2 occupants, it's useful to know that the bathroom is accessible via the master bedroom.

Clear instructions. Easy to get. Close to the city center. Well equipped and furnished. Worth its money. Highly recommended. Perfect option for our 7 days trip. We had a pleasure and a wonderful trip to Stockholm.

Great place - amazing location. Family of 4 (10, 12 year old boys) first time to Stockholm and was perfect place to stay - close to everything, we walked everywhere. Coffee and washing machine was a life saver!

Lovely location and spotlessly clean apartment.

We loved our stay at Elias’ place! Beautiful, older apartment, with a beautiful view over the water. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen had all utensils and appliances you would expect. Close to shops and public transport. Elias was quick to reply when we had questions. Would highly recommend, and would happily stay again!

Super schöne Unterkunft, die Kommunikation mit Andreas war reibungslos. Bei Problemen war er jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es war grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, jedoch musste man Gewürze und Öl/Essig selbst kaufen. Da in der Badewanne kein Vorhang vorhanden war, war nach dem Duschen das Bad sehr nass, wurde aber schnell wieder trocken durch das vorhandene Fenster. Die Bahn war 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt genau wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 10-15 Minuten war man in der Stadt.

We were 5 guests including a child. Nice and clean place with all basic needs. Clean apartment and really good responsive host. Its worth money spent. Really good kitchen, only missing thing was a microwave. Close to buses and Coop (store) is right next to the place. One Elevator did not work but there was an alternative one. Parking is not provided so I had to park about 900m away. Surrounding just outside the building does not seem that comfortable to stay outside. Recommend to stay inside and visit Stockholm this is a good place.

Elias's place is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. It's great value for money, walking distance to the bustsop which connects you to the train station. Communication was clear.

Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert und die Unterkunft war, wie beschrieben. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne wieder.

Alt sto til forventningene. Det eneste negative var at verten ville ha profilene våre på sosiale media og de var det umulig å få sendt via Airbnbs meldingstjeneste siden det sto at det ikke var lov. Det virket også veldig unødvendig å måtte oppgi det, men skjønner at det er et sikkerhetstiltak.Bortsett fra det var alt bra. God valuta for pengene. Kjempefin leilighet.

Allt Fungerade jättebra i kommunikation och information.Lägenheten ligger centralt men ändå i en väldigt lugn omgivning.Var en liten vattenläcka från tak då vi anlände, kommunikationen med Kim angående denna läcka skedde fort och enkelt,allt uppfylde förväntningarna,Enda nackdelen var parkeringen som är väldigt trång då granhuset mitt emot har satt ut betongsuggor, vi har bil med cykelhållare bak, det blir för långt så bilar kommer ej förbi, Detta är ej Värdens fel utan gatuplaneringen utanför.

Kohde juuri niin upea kuin odotimmekin. Lasiset seinät kiviraunion sisällä tekivät vaikutuksen, joten asunnossa yöpyminen tuntui luksukselta. Muutenkin asunto oli pinnoiltaan tyylikäs ja kaunis. Illalla oli upea kävellä rannassa ja nauttia kaupungin iltavaloista meren yllä. Kiitos majoittajan neuvon, SL:n veneellä pääsi kätevästi paikallisbussin hinnalla Tukholman keskustaan. Venematka oli nopea ja ehdottomasti luksusta tavalliseen bussiin verrattuna. Saltsjövarn hotellin takana oli hissi, jolla pystyi halutessaan välttää korkean rinteen portaiden kiipeämisen rannalta. Lähistöllä oli pieni hyvä sushiravintola. Television puuttuminen harmitti EM-jalkapalloturnauksen aikaan, mutta tähän tiesimme varautua asunnon kuvauksen perusteella. Jotain vaatesäilytysratkaisua asunto kaipaisi. Kohde saa silti erityisyytensä vuoksi ehdottomasti 5 tähteä näistä pienistä "puutteista" huolimatta!

Hieno ja siisti uusi yksiö, jossa viihdyimme hyvin. Andreas vastasi nopeasti ja olimme todella tyytyväisiä kaikkeen. 😊

We enjoyed a short stay in this apartment. The apartment was exacly as described. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Short walk to nice restaurants. Hiking paths just outside the door.
