We booked Olof's place for my parents who visited us for 10 nights. The apartment perfectly matched the description provided - it's conveniently located within walking distance to Skanstull metro station, and there's a supermarket right across the building, which was very convenient for them. The apartment was clean and tidy upon their arrival, and the overall experience was positive.The apartment is functional and met their needs during their stay. Olof was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns.Considering the excellent location, the overall quality of the apartment, and the reasonable price we paid, I would recommend this place as a great value for money option in Stockholm.

Våran Vistelse hos Pontus var mycket njutningsrik. Boendet var fräscht och rymligt samt mötte våra förväntningar från bilderna. Läget av lägenheten var en höjdpunkt då det var nära till skidbackarna.

Die Unterkunft sah genau so toll aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr gut gewesen, es gab genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie ausreichend Kneipen und Restaurants. Der Checkin verlief Problem los. Man benötigt nur 10 min. mit dem Taxi oder einem Uber in die Stadtmitte. Meine Partnerin und ich sind sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fin lägenhet med kök och nära till backen.

A great central location , easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as there was so much to do but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

La estancia en el apartamento de Andreas fue todo un 10. Muy ordenado, limpio, decorado con buen gusto. Aunque parece que está lejos del centro tardas 15 minutos en transporte público a Central Station. Muy calentito y acoger ya que dispone de calefacción en toda la casa. Si quieres visitar Estocolmo este es tu apartamento.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage ist perfekt auf Södermalm gelegen, sodass man sowohl Södermalm, als auch den Rest von Stockholm gut besichtigen kann. Wenn man gerne zu Fuß geht ist auch kein Öffi-Ticket notwendig.

The listing was approximately 3 blocks from Eriksplan station which was 4 stops from T centrale and 5 stops from Gamla Stan (the historic district). Had shops, grocery stores and restaurants on the opposite side of the block where the listing lied. Some people may not like the shower as it had no separation from the rest of the bathroom and water would spill to the rest of the bathroom. Would recommend it to anyone else going to Stockholm who wants to be comfortable, close to the city but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood and looking for a relatively affordable location.

Lägenheten ligger i ett hus som inte är färdigrenoverat. Själva lägenheten är i toppskick och ligger mycket bra i Ski in, Ski outläge, men byggnaden är inte i toppskick. Bland annat luktar det avlopp i trapphuset. Det är dåligt skyltat i byggnaden och vi hade svårt att hitta lägenheten och träffade på nära som också hade svårt att hitta sin.

Good communication, and location isn't too far from the city centre. Really clean apartment

Very clean and comfortable. Quick access to slopes. Great view from room. Functional kitchen with broad equipment, only thing missing is a coffee machine. We felt very welcome and I can recommend booking with Pontus!

Bra boende nära backen. Saknade kaffebryggare och någonstans att förvara bagage och skidor innan incheckning och efter utcheckning.

Bra boende för priset, stämde bra med beskrivning. Det är vad det ser ut som, ett före detta hotellrum på ett numera stängt hotell.+ Nära till backen+ Fräscht rum- Ganska lyhört, det hördes tydligt när folk skulle ut till/kom hem från backen.

Great non-touristy and quiet location, walking distance from SoFo and with great transport links into the city (30 mins bus from right outside). Minimal apartment with clean and comfy bedding. The building is a bit confusing to get into initially as has 3 different codes but we were sent clear instructions so didn't have any issues.

Great accomodation with a beautiful view on the valley.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet. Två separata sovrum väl avskiljda från varandra med det stora vardagsrummet/köket emellan dem. Bekväma sängar. Stort badrum med tvätt och torkmaskin. Stor kyl, diskmaskin. I trappuppgången bredvid ligger en Pizzeria med god mat dessutom. Vi bodde här för att vara på Älvsjömässan och det är endast 5-6 minuters promenad dit. Något längre för att komma till en stor mataffär eller pendeltåget in till Stockholm C. Några mindre strul men ingenting allvarligt: portkoden jag fick stämde inte, så vi fick går runt och in på baksidan, vars separata kod visade sig fungera på framsidan också upptäckte vi senare. Det fanns ingen osthyvel i köket, inga kryddor (salt/peppar t.ex), ingen strykbräda och när jag skulle checka ut saknades nyckelboxen. Det centrala läget och bekvämligheterna i lägenheten vägde dock upp för detta, kanske förväntade jag mig saker som inte fanns.

Lägenheten ser precis ut som i bilden, väldigt fint och rent. Elias var trevlig, hjälpsam och snabb att svara på min frågor. Har ingenting dåligt att säga/skriva.
