fin ny lägenhet av hög standard men bara chatkommunikationPositive: --Negative: Flera av bilderna på siten är inte från den lägenhet som vi hyrde. Det ena sovrummet var tex. ett mindre sovrum med våningssäng som hade obekväma madrasser för vuxna (fick ryggont), och inte ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som på bilderna. Dåligt att man inte kan ringa någon utan all kommunikation måste ske genom chatfunktionen på Booking! Det här är inte acceptabelt vid mindre problem eller nyckelupphämtning m.m. (för akuta problem fanns eventuellt ett nummer som vi inte prövade, för övriga ärenden blev man hänvisad till enbart chat med begränsade svarstider)

Lagom för fyra personer, köket bra utrustat och kändes som vi lånade en väns lägenhet. Tyst och lugnt, prefekt med skidvård vägg i vägg.Vi hade Skistar all, så parkeringen kostade oss inget extra.Kim var snabb med svar på våra frågor. Det var enkelt och kändes tryggt att hyra.

Alt var fantastisk. Hvis du skal til Åre er det absolutt å et godt alternativ å bo hos Pontus. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment! Super sauber und easy Check In. Ein super Preis, der allerdings wieder durch eher teure ÖPNV in Stockholm ausgeglichen wird. Die Umgebung dort ist sehr tot. Mit der Fähre ist man schnell in der Innenstadt aber nach Södermalm muss man Bus fahren. Schnell mal ins AirBnB zum ausruhen ist nicht möglich. Trotzdem würde ich es wieder machen, super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Gerne wieder

I think it's a very good place for the price it offers. It's top advantage is certainly the location in the old town, a few minutes from Gamla Stan metro station. The appartment is small and perhaps underinvested (there's indeed a styropian wall and a shower in a very small toilet), but surely, if the standard were higher, you would have to pay much more. For me these things were no problem at all, what counts is that the place was clean and warm - which I appreciate, as I was in cold season and you can expect various conditions in rooms to rent. There's also a relatively spacy hall where you can keep all your luggage. It happened that I rented an appartment for the 2nd time from Olof, and I can say both apartments were definitely worth their price, and communication with Olof is perfect.

Aangenaam verblijf in het appartement. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de living. Mooie badkamer en sauna! De regel met de decibelmeter vonden we wat overdreven, waardoor we af en toe schrik hadden om luidop te praten of te lachen… Je brengt best een eigen hoofdkussen mee, want die zijn niet zo goed. Algemeen een goed verblijf gehad!

The location was very good. T-bar can be reached by elevator. For those who cannot use t-bar, it is very close to the Bergbanan middle stop by walking. Tott Apartmen is a big building, there are many people staying there, sometimes there is a queue at the elevator. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable, the bed and pillows were also uncomfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were good, there was sufficient equipment in the kitchen. The heater in the bedroom was not working. Kim directed the attendant, but the attendant left saying he did not know the reason. The balcony view was very beautiful. In conclusion, I was satisfied with the stay. But the sofa, bed and pillows must be renewed.

All in all we had a good time in stockholm! There are a lot of points, that satisfied us: Clear constructions, easy check-in and check-out, clean apartment, everything we needed was available, good traffic connection, nice view and simply the feeling of being comfortable.But there is also one point, that didn’t satisfy us: Our neighbours made noise but we got a warning because our noise monitor (?!) registered the noise event. Like we got disturbed and also got trouble for that. Anyways, we recommend this apartment!

Très bon séjour ! Appartement idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro et 2 minutes du bus. Centre ville accessible en 20 minutes. Vue sur l’eau très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, des instructions d’arrivée et de départ très claires. Je recommande ce logement !

Nemt og bekvemt. God udsigt og det man skulle bruge. Det havde været fedt med lidt flere køkkenting og måske en kost og en fejebakke så vi kunne have gjort lidt rent løbende i løbet af ugen. Men ellers var alt som det skulle være 👍

Het verblijf van Frederik is goed gelegen in Södermalm met verschillende bushaltes op wandelafstand wat het bezoeken van Stockholm aangenaam maakt en toch een rustige ligging geeft.Het appartement is zoals je kan verwachten van op de foto's en omschrijving en is goed schoongemaakt bij het aankomen.De flexibele aankomst- en vertrekuren zijn een groot voordeel en de omschrijving hoe binnen te komen was zeer duidelijk.

Väldigt bra, rent, fräscht, prisvärt boende i utmärkt läge. Den branta backen upp och ned till torget kräver lite (och det kan vara is), men nära till byn och mkt nära till liften. Köket hade allt vi behövde för att laga middagar till fyra vuxna. Hjälpsam värd som alltid svarade inom kort. Onödigt minus på för just denna lgh felaktig info om skidställ. Att springa runt och upp och ned i detta höghus med full skidpackning i jakt på ett skidutrymme som sedan är låst (och där koddosan har slut på batteri) tar mkt värdefull tid och energi på ankomstdagen. Likaså onödig besparing att ha glas som är så billiga och/eller slitna att de splittras när man tar i dem eller diskar dem, med massa uppstädning och potentiella skärsår som följd.Detta löste sig dock bra med värden och rekommenderar boendet varmt!

The apartment was very cozy and well equipped. Great location for skiing! We would gladly stay here again. It was super easy to communicate with Kim and he always answered very quickly to our questions.

What an amazing breakfast view over the Åre Village and slopes above - just like in pictures! This apartment is a real ski in - ski out location, so I can warmly recommend if you wish to save your feet for skiing! :) Two floors up with the elevator and 50 meters walk.Just a small minus concerning the very sensitive fire alarm which can be caused by steamy shower or cooking food without proper ventilation on. Alarm was launched somewhere in building twice during our vacation week, followed by compulsory exit for all. Nevertheless, we would like to return and hire this apartment again! All our questions were kindly answered without any delays. Thank you! :)
