Veldig fin leilighet med badstu og jacuzzi. Dumt at det hverken var apple tv slik det sto i annonsen, ei heller tv man kunne bruke. Manglet store håndduker. Skulle være ski in-ski out, litt missvisende da det er et stykke å gå før man kan bruke skiene. Ellers en veldig fin opplevelse

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, réjouissant.Positive: Très agréable. Bien situé. Très propre (neuf)Negative: Il subsiste un petit souci sur ke fonctionnement de l’ascenseur. L’utilisation d’un code est encore complexe pour prendre l’ascenseur. (Probablement en raison des travaux encore en cours…)

Olof est réactif, avec des instructions claires! Le logement est très propre! En revanche il y a des travaux en dessous de la fenêtre qui vous réveil à 8h du matin ce qui n’est pas reposant. Dommage aussi que la station de métro la plus proche soit à 12min à pied… Quand les travaux seront terminés je recommande si vous cherchez un quartier calme.

L’appartement est propre et bien situé mais il ressemble plus à un hôtel qu’un appartement privé.

Perfect place for a business trip

Fin och ren lägenhet i ett nybyggt område, vi trivdes jättebra. I närheten finns en Coop som säljer bland annat jättegoda nybakade surdegsfrallor. Vi hade lyxig hotellfrukost varje dag. Fin omgivning, dock ca 15 min promenad till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Tågstationen är något närmare. Det ska även gå bussar i närheten, men vi hittade tyvärr inte hållplatsen.

Ubytovanie bolo v poriadku, čisté, pohodlné s dobrou lokalitou. Na zastávku autobusu to bolo iba kúsok, metro trošičku ďalej. Hostiteľ bol veľmi milý a priateľský, reagoval rýchlo. Jediným problémom bolo, že na ubytovaní bolo trochu chladno, v kuchyni trochu fúka cez okná dovnútra. Inak bolo všetko v úplnom poriadku.

The apartment was cozy and exactly as described in the listing. However, the host requested the social media accounts of all guests for "verification purposes" and "due to their past bad experience with guests," which wasn't mentioned in the house rules at the time of booking. When I declined due to privacy concerns, he then requested our IDs. I ultimately shared my social media to ensure we could stay, but this approach felt intrusive and was quite off-putting.

Ren og praktisk leilighet med fin beliggenhet på vakre Söder.Litt komplisert lås og kodesystem, men da jeg først fant ut av det fungerte alt fint.Mer formelt og effektivt enn koselig og relasjonelt, men alt i alt en god opplevelse.

Father with adult daughter visited for a few days in April 2024.This is a nice ground-floor apartment in peaceful Fredhäll, still just a short walk from the metro and bus stops, really convenient.The apartment was just as described. It fit us two really nicely, but would be quite tight for a larger group.The only thing preventing a 5-star review was the communication and odd requirements by the host Fredrik. After we had booked and paid, he asked for details of our trip and demanded social media (FB/IG/LinkedIn) accounts for each person and private email addresses for some own background check. I have used Airbnb for years on lots of trips, so he could easily have simply checked my reviews. I have not had such demands from any other hosts before.The other slightly annoying thing was excessive comms. I got 10+ messages before and during the trip, several automated and most with no value for me. And despite my responses, they still didn't follow our instruction on which beds to make.

The place itself was fantastic! Sparkling clean, bright with natural light, and in a great location. The amenities were exactly what I needed, and it looked just like the pictures. The only downside was the elevator - it was a bit of a challenge to use, and even the residents seemed to have trouble with it sometimes. The code wouldn't always activate it. Despite that, I'd definitely recommend this place!
