A very central and authentic apartment with super flexible access. Great place for a larger groups of people.

The apartment is well located, you will find plenty restaurant,Grocery, shopping and transport just step foot. You can get in Stockholm center by train 25min you get in the town. The apartment was clean. We missed out a microwave, oven and TV, also if you need to stay many days and need wash, there is none. Andreas was very communicative and answered quickly. We found a bit unusual that we had to submit our ID document for check in, also you need to download an app to get the KEY to access the building so if you are not use that can be a bit inconvenient. I don’t recommend come with rental car, it’s quite busy and there is no free parking. You have to find a private parking and can be costly. Last I found a bit difficult to sleep after a long day because of the noise outside, you can hear the Tran passing by all the time. But again the Location was just what I needed.

We had a pleasant stay at Andreas place.The location was convenient. Communication was smooth. Andreas was responsive and helpful. Bravo!However, the place clearly need a few improvements - lack of ventilation in the rooms, lack of washing machine, pots were dirty (deep cleaning overlooked), only limited glasses (it was only 4 for 5 of us), and highly strict/rigid check-in & check-out time (not even an hour), You will have to pay SEK 500 for an earlier check-in. Some of these issues were also highlighted by the previous guests. Overall, I recommend Andreas place and hopefully these issues are considered seriously and fixed soon. This apartment has a potential of 5-star rating, just needs some extra love, care, and attention to details.

The flat is very cosy. We directly felt like at home.The location is excellent. The surrounding area is calm and only a short walk to enjoy a fantastic view over the city centre.The flat comes with a top-class coffee machine and coffee beans.You can move in straight away as there is no need to buy daily items like soap. The bed is comfortable and you sleep really well in it. Wonderful vacation!

Everything was fine, good place; small but neat and just fine for 3 people

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at William’s loft apartment - it is full of history and character with modern updates, and is centrally located (but peaceful and quiet!) in the old town area with easy (walkable!) access to everything a tourist would desire to see and do… William is very thoughtful and communicative, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. High recommend.

Lovely apartment in a good location, close to buses and the metro. However, we received quite a lot of automated messages, which made it a bit harder to find the information we needed.

Small accommodation but equipped with everything you need. The fold-away bed is very comfortable and makes it easy to make the most of the available space. The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine, and the kitchen is well equipped. A lovely, modern apartment in a very quiet area, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with everything you might need close by: supermarkets, public transport, pharmacies, and more. Lidingö town centre is really charming, set among lots of greenery.The only minor downside was that the floor wasn’t perfectly clean, with a bit of dust and a few hairs.Overall, though, it was a very positive experience—highly recommended!
