The accommodation was excellent, a small and compact apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue was that there was a lingering smell of food when we moved in, probably because the exhaust wasn’t working, and we couldn’t air out the apartment for long due to the cold weather outside. Everything else was wonderful – the location is fantastic, with a public transport bus stop right in front of the building, which is very convenient even during the dark hours! A big thank you to Andreas; he is very pleasant and accommodating, always responding quickly to messages.

very good and cozy apartament. we found everything what we needed for pleasant holiday. apartament has an easy access to the centre of stockholm by train.

We really liked the accommodation; it was very clean and tidy and exactly as shown in the pictures – only in the kitchen we would have wished for a bit more equipment... for example, there is an oven but no baking tray. Nevertheless, we had a very good stay!

Olof’s place is a nice and very quiet modern flat in a relatively new build block. It is as listed, perhaps slightly more spacious than it seems from the photos. Although not central, as a base for exploring the city it is ideal. The location is easy to get to from the airport and central Stockholm by public transport. The surrounding area is quiet feels safe, and water front outside of the building is peaceful and lovely to walk along. It was good value for money and I recommend.

A very nice apartment with tasteful decor in the prime location of Birkastan, offering excellent transport connections with a bus and subway just around the corner A corporate rental apartment, with what that entails – a somewhat impersonal atmosphere, basic cooking supplies, a drying towel, and the owner's favorite tip on things to do. Olof and his team are quick to answer questions via the app.

Very clean flat, good kitchen facilities,. Very convenient location with Berg bana at 200m. distance giving easy and free transportation to the very hart of the city.

Nice and bright location! Worth coming back to!Positive: The layout of the space was very pleasant. Plenty of tableware, seating, workspaces and well-maintained. Lovely decor that made it feel more like home than a hotel.Negative: The only downside was that there was no dish rack or a convenient solution for easy rinsing. Otherwise, nothing was missing.

Great location to stay in Åre with a beautiful view!

Everything is great, just as shown in the photos! The only slight drawback is that the toilet is a bit too narrow. Otherwise, everything is top-notch! We highly recommend it 😊

Stayed there for two nights, everything went very well with a smooth check-in. Good parking and a clean, well-equipped kitchen.

StockholmPositive: Great location, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and various items such as plates and glasses, excellent wifi, and a consistently maintained temperature that is never too low.

Positive: A very comfortable and spacious apartment in an older building that is undergoing refurbishment. Works well as a base to explore Stockholm if you don't mind being outside of the main centre. There is a bus stop just outside and a shop opposite to get supplies.Negative: There are a very large number of holiday rental apartments within the building, so better to avoid if you don't like that vibe.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly responsive, present from start to finish. The accommodation is very well located and beautiful, everything went very smoothly!I highly recommend it 100%.
