A really nice apartment, just the right size — we got more than we paid for.It was a bit fiddly to get in using the app, especially when inviting fellow travelers who were under 18 and also needed access to the place.

An ideal base for exploring Stockholm. We were lucky to have an apartment on the 4th floor with views over the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and the island of Djurgården across the water. You can really enjoy the panoramic view right from the bed (with a genuinely comfortable mattress) through the large, frameless window. There’s almost always a boat, ferry or yacht passing by, so it never feels dull. Public transport connections are excellent: there’s a bus right outside, and the ferry pier is about a 5-minute walk away, with boats to the city centre or the eastern parts of Stockholm. This makes many of the city’s highlights feel close by and easy to reach. There’s also a well-stocked supermarket in Finnboda, around a 15-minute walk away.
