Very nice and clean place but couple thing to mention:The elevator is pretty noisy and may be heard in the apartment.The blinder of the roof window just right above the bed did not work what was wuite disturbingThe ceiling above shower is very low, it was impossible not to hit it with head while showering. Person 180cm+ will surely have a problem with that.Despite the above everything was fine. Nice, clean place, comfy bed, very good location, close to all city attractions.

Large apartment for groups with nearby bus and metro linesPositive: The location is excellent with metro and bus lines nearby that quickly reach the center. Renovations are currently underway, which sometimes caused a bit of noise, but it was not too bothersome. The apartment is very comfortable.

We were in town for a funeral and Olof place was a perfect place for all people in our group to meet and be together. We loved the location and spent a lot of time just walking around the area. We particularly loved being able to access all the paths along the water. There is a small grocery store just outside the building in the square. There are also plenty of great restaurant options within walking distance.

Ski trip, 4 friendsPositive: Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable rooms. There is a walkbridge connecting the apartment complex and the ski lift. Only 50m from the front door to the closest lift.Negative: Expensive parking. While communicating with the staff via the app, there were several oddities. For example, the staff thought the apartment was located in Stockholm and not in Östersund, Åre. We also paid extra so we could have a late checkout, but our keys to the apartment were nevertheless disabled at the original checkout time. We tried to make sure this didn't happen by reminding the staff to extend the time the electronic keys would be usable. We were reassured that everything is in order, but this was not the case. Eventually we managed to resolve the situation with their support.

A couple extra hoops to jump through in the booking process, but can't fault the stay at all - the room was well-kept and clean, location and price both excellent. Would stay again, absolutely.

Great stay in Åre!! Best part is for sure ski out-ski in.

Good and calm place, lovely neighborhood though quite a walk to the Metro (we knew this). The construction work was evident but it was fairly communicated so not an issue.Great communication from the host and super easy check in and check out. Can recommend!

The apartment was as described and our stay there was pleasant. The area was quiet and within a comfortable walking distance from the metro station. The balcony offered lovely views of the sea, and the neighborhood was home to friendly dogs :) The building is old, and even in this apartment, signs of its age are evident. In the bathroom, the shower cabin is indeed missing one door, which causes water to splash outside the cabinet. Outside, there is no floor drain, so the floor needs to be dried with towels after a shower. This could easily be remedied with a shower curtain if a new shower door cannot be obtained. We thought we were renting a regular apartment, but it turned out that the entire building was used for temporary rentals. This was surprising to us, as we had received prior reminders about sensitive neighbors, making it challenging to adhere to quiet hours. It felt as though we were already suspected of various infractions from the start due to the rather formal tone of the messages. If the service had been more personal and welcoming, we would gladly consider returning.

I enjoyed my trip to Stockholm and in particular Andrea’s place made my little kid feel at home. My wife recommends we come back to same place whenever we are visiting. The place had a good value for money.

This place was clean, safe, and the communication & instructions were helpful. This Airbnb is run by a company, not an individual- the automated communications were very clear & detailed. But, this isn’t a personal residence. The basics are all there. As a female solo traveler I would recommend this spot for a male traveler. I couldn’t see my face in the bathroom mirror (too high) and had no where to get ready- the only mirror was in the entry way. There’s a hall closet but no dresser, so it’s not exactly possible to unpack your things. Bed is very comfortable & so is the couch. I was only provided 1 full size towel & two hand towels for my 3 day stay (one more full size towel would have been nice). Additional blankets in the cabinet- but no cover on the extra duvet. The view is gorgeous. Hallway & stairs are quite noisy (bring earplugs!). It’s relatively far from the city center, but very easy to get to on the train. Overall, I do recommend staying here!
