Petit appartement de très bonne qualité, neuf, équipé comme prévu avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle… très propre, lumineux. Arrivée facile avec les explications, arrêt de bus à 50 m puis compter 30 min pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville avec le métro. Mes seuls points négatifs seraient la lourdeur des consignes (vider les poubelles, retirer les draps…) et le dépôt avec une partie non remboursable. Rapport qualité / prix intéressant !

位置真的非常好很便利 清洁卫生的小姐姐也非常乐于助人 。只是厕所如其他人提醒的一样特别小需要做好心理准备。有个可移动的暖气很暖和 ，冰箱也很干净非常好。唯一我觉得有一点点不方便的是卧室的灯有一点点暗 ，并且需要带一个长一点的插排 ，床头没有插座。走廊和厕所的灯非常明亮 。但是总体来说！性价比很高 并且我超级喜欢那个窗户 会把窗户打开通风。

Bra och smidigt boende med gångavstånd till både byn och backen. Enkel incheckning och snabba svar från värden. Sköna sängar och relativt rymligt för 2 personer.

Great apartment for 5-6 people. Spacious. The location is perfect for both using a car and the metro (13mins to the centre)

Appartement fidèle a l'annonce. Idéalement situé au calme et proche de toutes commodités.Seul petit hic : tringle du rideau occultant tombée avant notre arrivée lundi 11/12 et toujours pas réparée à la fin de notre séjour le 15/12...

Great apartment located in one of the best zones to explore the city and surroundings. Great connections to T-Centralen and very close to Stockholm Södra. Södermalm is full of life and services. The apartment was cozy and clean.

Myself and my partner absolutely loved our stay at Elias’ apartment! It was so quiet and was absolutely delightful to watch the snow fall in the nights. We truly felt right at home as there was everything you could need for a getaway to Stockholm plus the location was nice and a bit out of the way of the more busy areas of Sodermalm. The only slight drawback of the place is the sloped walls, which obviously can’t be helped, as even my 5”2 self managed to bang my head a few times and my partner managed to catch himself on the beams on occasion. So if you’re on the taller side be wary of the walls 😅Would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone planning bc to go to Stockholm!

Cosy and comfortable appartement with easy access to the centre from the metro, lovely having the view of the water. I’d been apprehensive about getting in seeing some of the comments but had no issues. Worth noting for any future guests with tricky flight times that there was no flexibility on check in or out. Would stay again, thanks!

A great place if you have no problem being mindful of the slanted roof in the bathroom!

For a first time using airbnb, I was pleasantly surprised. However, the house is not super isolated from the cold. The heaters in the house provide warm, if you use warm clothes you will be fine. My big problem was that the heater in the bedroom was not working, and, although the host had a small radiator in the room, I felt extremely cold. The host provided 2 duvets that were very warm and allowed me to sleep comfortably, but leaving the bed was not pleasant. I also noticed that the matress and pillows were clearly used by a lot of people with stains and yellow color. On the plus side, the hosts provides cleaned and ironed bed linen and towels (face, body) and a mat for the bathroom. The kitchen has every essencials (salt, pepper, pans, cleaning supplies), the living room is very comfortable, with a blanket and 2 couches. There is no tv. It is very central, with transports. The host is helpful. Overall, if you stay for a few days this is a good house to stay in!

Was a very nice stay at this flat!The equipment was just enough for three people, but for more maybe a bit tightApart from that super clean room, really quiet area and easy to go to the city centre (although it takes at least 10 min.)Thank you very much!
