L'appartement est dans un quartier animé mais pour allez au centre il faut prendre le bus ou métro. L'appartement est bien, il manque le micro-ondes et renouvelableun peu les outils de cuisine. Ils sont très stricts avec les heures de départ, arrivé et le bruit. Soit-disant, ils ont une machine qui contrôle ça. Si no le reste correct.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Stockholm verbracht. Das Apartment ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden (Bus, Bahn & Fähre). Es ist ein schönes und modernes Airbnb, welches alles hat, was man braucht. Anmerkungen: Im Voraus ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ zu bezahlen (über einen externen Anbieter) Hier fallen 10€ Gebühren an. Dies sollte man auf jeden Fall mit in die Beschreibung nehmen, dass man bei der Buchung dieses Apartments darüber Bescheid weiß. Ansonsten können wir Andreas Apartment und ihn als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen! - Vielen Dank!

L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole, luminoso.La zona non è centrale, ma è tranquilla e ben collegata con il centro con i treni pendolari e gli autobus. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e supermercati.Le camere sono accoglienti, i letti molto comodi, gli armadi spaziosi. Anche il divano letto è confortevole, e pratico da aprire e chiudere. Sotto il divano però abbiamo trovato un disegno fatto da precedenti ospiti, segno che non era stato pulito lì sotto.La cucina è ampia. Abbiamo apprezzato il piano di cottura a induzione, la lavastoviglie e il forno. Ci sono invece poche pentole, e piccole.Il bagno è pulito, ma di dimensioni contenute. Non è molto pratico entrare e uscire dalla doccia.C'è il wifi, ma ha funzionato solo i primi due giorni. L'assistenza chiamata da Andreas sarebbe però arrivata poco prima della nostra partenza.Infine, abbiamo seguito la raccomandazione di Andreas di fare silenzio dalle 22 alle 8, ma abbiamo sentito discussioni di notte in un appartamento vicino.

Die Wohnung von Andreas ist wirklich super gelegen für einen Trip nach Stockholm. Die Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ein Supermarkt und andere Läden liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet (wie auf den Bildern). Die Küche ist sehr Basic ausgestattet, doch um einfache Gerichte zu kochen und zum frühstücken ist es ausreichend. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Leider waren in zwei unserer fünf Nächte laute, nicht zuzuordnende Geräusche im Haus/ bei den Nachbarn, die uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen haben. Dafür kann Andreas natürlich nichts.. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage :)

First--Elias is wonderful. This is the third time I have stayed in an AirBnb hosted by him, and the experience is always excellent. I've stayed here twice, both alone and with a larger group, and I would choose it for all future visits. I have a gentle critique, but let me focus on all that is wonderful. The location is extraordinary. Incredibly easy walk to the metro and bus lines. Great groceries within blocks--from ICA to the elegant Cajsa Warg. The best bakery for your pastries and breads is just blocks away.--Lillebrors. Coffee shops and restaurants line the street between you and the metro. It feels like a real neighborhood, but the access to transportation makes visits to all the tourist sites a breeze. I always feel safe here. Like others said, it would benefit from more kitchen equipment, some of which was missing or broken. But this spacious, beautifully located place is otherwise PERFECT and I'm lucky I found it. It will always be my first choice here.

Lite mysig och välplanerad lägenhet lämplig för två vuxna personer som åker skidor.

This place was as described and shown in the pictures. A cosy stay! About 5-10 mins walk from the metro station. Some restaurants around the area, but generally a quiet and peaceful. Andreas was responsive as a host and check in and out was easy. Only the heating in the apartment was not great and can get quite chilly especially in winter. However, would definitely stay here again.

Das Mini Badezimmer und die Mini Küche sollten dringend upgedatet werden - ich fand die Größe weniger störend, als den Rost (Spiegelschrank) und den alten mief der letzten Jahrzehnte … ansonsten war alles Top.

I really loved to stay in this apartment located in the heart of södermalm. House was peaceful and quiet. Apartment was clean and included everything what needed for my stay. Nothing to complain about, would like to come again.

The apartment was very clean and the location is great. Elias responded quickly to any questions. It was quite chilly inside during our December visit, so pack warm socks and jumpers.

Andreas studio var perfekt för en veckas vistelse.Hög standard, skandivisk standard, på allting. Hög komfort och funktionalitet. Smakfull och praktisk inredning.Ett litet kök med adekvat köksutrustning.Kommunikation och incheckning fungerade perfekt.Bra kommunikationer in till Stockholm city. Ett stort plus är att man kan ta båt in till både city och Gamla Stan.

Trevligt boende nära backen. Ren, snygg och modern lägenhet med fin utsikt över Åre by.
