Elias place was perfect for our trip to Stockholm. The location was just amazing! Walking distance to Gamla Stan and everything but outside of the tourist area. Felt like locals and it was awesome. Sodermalm is a great neighbourhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. Two subway stations nearby and a grocery store as well. Couldn't have been better.The little kitchenette was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend and book this place again!One thing to note, the listing says "spotty internet". I don't know if we just got unlucky (since all the reviews said the internet was fine) but we didn't have internet for almost 2 days. Elias was responsive but the problem didn't get fixed before our departure. Part of our trip was work related so it was a bit problematic but we managed. If you need to rely on internet, just be aware of that. Elias let us check out at noon instead of 11 as a good gesture . Communication was good too.

Everything was good. Very reasonable price. We were really satisfied.

Very good location next to the subway station, solid neighbourhood, clean and modern apartment. Andreas was super helpful and gave clear instructions. Really enjoyed staying there and I can only recommend booking this accomodation.Martin

Nice place just a few minutes away from the central station making it easy to travel to the city center. Clean and as expected. However, since the booking was made for 3 people, beds and linen could have been made up for 3 people. Since it was only made up for 1 person, and with no instructions on where to find pillow, duvets, linen etc it made us stressed that there was something wrong with the booking. Luckily Elias responded quickly, but this just minor improvements that could make the check in more smooth. Also, since it is possible for 3 people to stay maybe one could add an extra stool or something as there were only two chairs.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de metro, en un barrio tranquilo y lleno de restaurantes y cafeterías.

Aangenaam verblijf!Schone kamer en een fijn bed. De studio was er schoon. Minpuntje was het gordijn dat voor geen verduistering zorgde. Verder was het niet makkelijk om de sleutel te vinden.

Very convenient apartment. 10-minute walk to metro station and then 15-minute ride into city centre. Very clean. Quite neighbourhood.

We were 8 people going skiing and the apartment was perfect for us, very cosy. The room are quite small though so don't expect to have plenty of space but it worked well. It is close to the slopes if all the resort is open, otherwise check before which one are open, in our case it was useful to have a car because it was 25min walk to the open lifts.

Appartamento come in foto, pulito ed in ordine. Ottima la posizione. A disposizione asciugamani puliti e lenzuola pulite. L’host il giorno prima dell’arrivo ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento in maniera chiara e precisa. È stato davvero semplice trovare l’appartamento, qualche intoppo iniziale nel trovare la cassetta di sicurezza con le chiavi in quanto non avevamo guardato sulla recinzione la presenza di alcuni lucchetti. L’host si è dimostrato disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda o richiesta. Le uniche cose “negative” da segnalare sono il frigorifero che purtroppo non funzionava (ma che comunque L’host gentilmente ci aveva informato del problema e che avrebbe provveduto a sistemarlo) e il fatto che non siamo riusciti a collegarci al Wi-Fi in quanto la password segnata sul modem diceva che non era valida. Per il resto tutto davvero perfetto, ti senti di essere come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Great place, slightly far from the city but close to the subway and for the price it is well worth it.

Very nice house with a vintage style charm in an excellent location.The whole family really enjoyed!

Spenderade lite mer än en vecka i Fredriks lägenhet och trivdes väldigt bra. Boendet passar bra för längre vistelser! Kan definitivt rekommendera att bo här.

The apartment corresponds to the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay, the host was very receptive and the apartment is well connected to the center. It was a little cold, the heating did not work 100% well. and neither do I I'm glad they asked me for my personal social networks because that's what the Airbnb profile is for.

Sauberes und ordentliches Appartment ohne Schnickschnack. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses gelegen, aber mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden (Fön, Waschmaschine etc), allerdings könnten Küchenessentials wie Gewürze, Öl, Geschirrtuch hinzugefügt werden.
