We had a wonderful stay here as a family with our child and felt very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and playgrounds all nearby. The harbour and Gamla Stan are also easily reachable on foot.The only small downside is that the shower is a little bit on the small side, but honestly, for a few days it’s absolutely fine. We would happily stay here again!

The apartment is in a fantastic location in Södermalm! It was clean and has everything you need for a stay. Andreas was very available and helpful.

A beautiful loft apartment that is very well renovated and fitted with quality furnishings and linen.Wouldn’t suit some guests due to stairs and front door steps. An elevator does operate to the floor below which is handy to get luggage most of the way.There is a nice outdoor courtyard in the ground floor with seating and potential to park bicycles but this would need to be verified by the host.Really loved the area and the views. Only quib is the automated messaging which is lengthy, repetitive and requires communication via platforms outside Airbnb to register and to use the door key app. Wasn’t clear if my message was reviewed by any human but luckily I didn’t need any assistance. Some flexibility with check-in and checkout times would be appreciated without the fees but that’s possibly in line with the automation.

Our stay in Sundbyberg was really great.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and equipped to a high standard. Everything we needed was provided. With the metro, we were in the city center within just a few minutes. Shops for everyday essentials were also easy to reach on foot. Communication was always helpful and friendly.

Great location, clean and modern apartment with perfect Wi-Fi. Great for a short term stay, only negative was that the communication with the host felt like it was coming from a bot (someone else mentioned that in a previous review as well), but it was fine for me because there weren't really any major needs for interacting with a human/issues during the stay.

The check-in process and communication were clear and quick. It’s a charming little neighborhood right next to the river, and we really liked the area.That said, we would appreciate a bit more attention to cleanliness. The place is very beautiful, but when we opened the fridge there were two leftover sandwiches. It made us unsure whether the cleaning had been done thoroughly. The terrace door lock also came loose as soon as we opened the door, so it wouldn’t close properly. There was quite a bit of dust on the floor and shelves, and we ended up wiping it down ourselves.Even with these inconveniences, we still enjoyed the stay. There’s a supermarket nearby that’s open late, and the large table was very convenient. The host also responded quickly. With a little more focus on cleaning, this could be an even better place to stay.

A special city apartment in a historic building, nicely renovated with lots of charm. The other reviews describe the details quite well. Communication is automated—sometimes a bit too much—and involves a second platform as well.
