Very nice place. Extremely clean. Liked that it has washer and dryer. Also close to shops, but we did not use them as we went to Old Town instead. We came in late June and it was hot! Building has AC, but temperature was always 28 degree no matter how we set the thermostat. Air from AC vents was room temperature, not even cool. Tried opening windows at night to cool down, but bugs and smoke came in immediately (no screens). Had to close them as we did not want host to think we smoked in the building. All of us had difficulty sleeping because the rooms were so hot!

A really nice, fresh place to stay in Söder with an excellent location. Everything worked smoothly and the area was very pleasant. A special plus for being close to Mosebacketerrassen, which is fantastic in the summer. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Elias’ place! It was easy to get in and out, it was big and clean and had everything we needed! Great location as well!

The only things we really missed were air conditioning, or at least some fans. A TV would also have been nice. Having only one bathroom is a bit limited for eight people. The place isn’t step-free/accessible; it didn’t bother us, but if you have any leg or mobility issues, getting to the property can be difficult.
