Great location in Södermalm. Unfortunately, the nearby elevator shaft was a bit disruptive at night, and it was only possible to darken the room to a limited extent.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s the perfect size—perhaps the bathroom is a tiny bit small—but we stayed 3 adults and 2 children (7 and 10) very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s even an automatic coffee machine, which is a real treat! We had dinner and breakfast there every day with no issues at all in terms of cookware, utensils, or tableware.The location is about a 30-minute walk from the historic center, and it’s well connected with the metro and buses just a few minutes away. By chance, it’s also right next to a bakery and café with a full gluten-free selection, which is essential for our son. For us, it’s always a pleasure to walk back and forth each day, discovering streets, neighborhoods, and hidden corners of the city—so for us the location is excellent.Olof was always attentive, with automated communication that he replied to quickly whenever we had a question, and very clear instructions on how to get there, check-in and check-out, times, etc.Definitely recommended, and we’d happily stay again!

Andreas's place was perfect for our family vacations in Stockholm. The apartment had everything we needed. Location was very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets in the same street. The train station is a 5 min walk and the commute to city center is a quick 10-15 min ride. I would definitely recommend this place.

The flat was spacious and in a fab location, just across the road from the metro/train/bus/tram station and near to a lidl and coffee shops. It was clean and the sheets were nice. We got one of the airport buses which stopped right outside the flat. Accessing the property was straightforward, its a lift to the fourth floor and then stairs to the fifth floor flat. The host was communicative and the key app worked well.The flat was well stocked with kitchen equipment and we appreciated the supply of dishwasher tablets. The showers were hot and spacious. The flat needs some maintenance, for instance the TV didnt work, the windows were slightly broken, and the lamp in the second bedroom was somewhat dodgy. There was a fair amount of clutter in the drawers. The bed in the main bedroom was very soft and so not ideal if you had any back issues. Overall we loved the location and the space, but the maintenance issues were annoying in view of the price of the stay.

Lovely place! A nice apartment that suited our small group really well. The balcony was wonderful to have — a big plus. Andreas was as helpful as always, no issues at all! The apartment didn’t have a TV or a microwave, but we didn’t need them since we were out and about and cooked our own meals. Fresh furniture and a great kitchen! Clean beds and a sofa bed too. We were super happy with our stay!

Missed having a broom and dustpan.

Stylish apartment in a very beautiful district of Stockholm. It was a good choice for first time visitors like us. The apartment is in an old building in a historic part of the city so obviously it doesn't have all the modern features. However, it was very well adopted and prepared - we especially loved the kitchen part of the living area - and the host described in very good detail all the furnishings. The host was very proactive and responsive in messages.
