The little apartment is right in the central south of Stockholm. Very lifely area with lots of different restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You can get to the city centre in 10 Minutes and all public transport options are within 5 Minute walking distance. You can even travel to beautiful landscapes and nature reserves within one hours with public trabsport. I had a great time there and it was very quiet during the night time. The apartment is small but has everything to stay there for a couple of nights. I wasn't expecting the bathroom to be this small, so it took some getting used to.Elias was very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly.I would totally recommend to stay here, expecially if you want to get the experience of locals in Stockholm, outside of any touristy areas.

I had a great stay with Andreas. My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great and right near a train station to get into Stockholm and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The apartment was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit warm overnight, but that was mostly likely our own doing. Overall, a wonderful stay.

FabulousPositive: Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations with the accommodation. Bigger than we had anticipated in size. However, the check-in instructions were a bit complicated.

Very beautiful flat in a lovely neighborhood. Spacious and clean apartment with nice design. Very nice bars and shops around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay there - exactly what we were looking for 😊

Perfect accommodation for skiing!

This is the second time I'm booking these apartments on tott via Pontus. I'm as satisfied as the last time. It is a fantastic accommodation with an extremely good location since everything is within walking distance, including Åre town and ski in ski out access. The apartment is very fresh. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This is a lovely apartment right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It has comfortable living quarters and a perfectly equipped kitchen, if you plan to cook or eat in. Although, Olof and his crew require a fair amount of paper work before arrival, and the use of a virtual key takes some getting used to, the system works very well. Additionally, communication with the hosts is excellent, as they are very responsive to all inquiries.

Cozy and lovely apartment, the only issue was that we felt the apartment was too cold for us, otherwise comfortable!

Very responsive host, beautiful apartment in a great location. However, there was a smell of cigarettes throughout the apartment the whole time we were there.

Excellent apartment, clean, cozy, and perfect in every way. Elias is always available and responds quickly. The location is ideal, with various restaurants and pubs nearby, and the bus stop to the city centre is practically right outside the door.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Stockholm. The convenient nearby shopping options and just a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station were perfect for us.

Friedrich's accommodation was located in Södermalm, but the downtown area and other districts were perfectly reachable by bus and train. The accommodation was very clean and we definitely liked it!
