A very nice, high-quality, modernly renovated period apartment on the first floor, directly above two restaurants/bars, with lovely high ceilings. The location is super central, right in the nightlife district in the middle of the city. Access via the hospitality courtyard takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s fine overall. Overall, 8 out of 10.

We were very happy with the accommodation. It’s very centrally located, so everything is easy to reach, yet the area is still very quiet. We came to Åre for hiking, and all the trails were easy to access directly from the accommodation. The only small improvement would be having a better-equipped kitchen. We’re happy to recommend Pontus’s place.

Great place to stay! The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood that was easily accessible to everything we did while in Stockholm!

Very nice, bright apartment—perfect for a stay for two people, and it also works well for three. It’s located in a very quiet, fully residential area, with supermarkets and public transport stops conveniently nearby.
