A very nice and cozy place to stay. The apartment is well equipped so it facilitated my stay there. The check-in and check-out procedures were very clear and there were no eager problems in finding the keys. The apartment was also very clean and the location was quite good - one stop from the main station in Gothenburg and the city center. The stay there was very enjoyable and I can highly recommend that place to stay.

very good location, good communication with Elias

The place looked exactly as described. Clean, warm and cosy. Peaceful location with transportation to the center od city which is quite easy and fast. Andreas gave us very clear instructions and was very responsive during the whole stay. The only remark would be that it seems that building has extremely and overly sensitive tenants which can make you feel like you have to walk on eggshells the whole stay so that felt a bit uneasy. Other than that price/quality ration is great!

Die Unterkunft von Elias bietet eine optimale Möglichkeit um in Stockholm zu erleben.Die U-Bahn ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und das Studio liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend umgeben von Natur.Einzig eine bessere Küchenausstattung und Reinigungsutensilien für längere Aufenthalte hätten noch optimiert werden können.

Séjour absolument parfait! Logement fidèle à la description. Confortable, propre, calme. Et très facile d'accès en métro (ligne 14, arrêt Vastertorp). Nous avons été accueillis avec un gateau aux pommes et du pain maison délicieux! ☺️🍂🍁 Possibilité de faire quelques courses alimentaires soit à l'arrêt Liljholmen qui se trouve sur la ligne (Lidl, que je recommande car moins cher que Coop ou autre) soit au terminus à Fruangen (coop).Je recommande, vraiment un endroit parfait pour un séjour à Stockholm !

Das Studio ist Teil einer sehr großen Wohnanlage mit vielen solcher Studios. Sehr chic, modern, sicher und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Holzbauweise recht hellhörig aber die Nachbarn halten sich an die Ruhezeiten. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt und durch die zwei Ebenen auch die Möglichkeit, sich bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Das Wlan ist sehr stabil, sodass Arbeiten etc. problemlos möglich war.

I had the pleasure of staying at Elias' place. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the instructions provided were clear and precise. It contributed greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property for its cleanliness and the host's excellent communication.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with the lock, which the host sorted out. But the resposne time was not fast, so on 2 separate occasions, we had to stay outside until he replied.Although it was stated that the resposne time is 1 hour. I'd suggest the host to include a working phone number on his profile page.So, excluding the lock issue, every other thing including the facilities made the experience worthwhile.

Jag trivdes så bra här! Älskade lägenheten! Förutom att det var lite jobbigt att varmvattnet endast varade i 5 minuter och att det inte fanns någon taklampa, så lite mörkt men det var egentligen inget som gjorde det sämre! Älskar!!!

Un séjour agréable, j’étais venu avec 3 amis pour visiter Stockholm et nous avons apprécié cet appartement.

Great and clean place! The bus stop to the center is quite close and buses are frequent. Being close to the water is also nice.

I can 100% recommend staying here. Super clean, modern, well equipped. Had a great time :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und alles war wie Beschrieben. Für diesen Preis war unser Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden stellend.

Andreas' place was affordable, clean and very close to the train station. Andreas communicated well, and the apartment was less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would highly recommend this place to others, great find.

This property is exactly like it looks in the photographs, a wonderfully modern apartment with a nod to the heritage of the place it is located. The interior is furnished to a high quality and is very easy to access. The location is great, with very easy access to a boat or bus that will take you to the city centre.

Great place except for an issue with the heating. Frederik was very responsive and the place was spotless!
