Good location not very far from city center and good host

I stayed here while running errands and never used the kitchen. I was just there to sleep, so I don't know if the kitchen worked well. Otherwise, it's a very charming little studio that was extremely clean and well-maintained. The bathroom with the shower was very small. It worked perfectly for me, but it might be impractical if you’re staying as a couple. I would happily come back myself.

I just want to start by saying how easy it was to communicate with Andreas (the host) when we came we had issues connecting with the WiFi and once I contacted Andreas he was super quick to respond and he helped us with the issue straight away. He was so nice, quick to respond and super friendly. I came here with my mum and brother so we could visit Stockholm for a few days and the location was perfect. Super easy to find the metro to get into central. The flat its self was really good, nice open space, clean and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was amazing, waking up and going to sleep with that view was definitely a highlight. I will definitely be telling my friends about this air BnB and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again so much Andreas, we absolutely loved our stay ✌️

The listing is as advertised, fine setup and location. I’m disappointed in the service which is what my overall review reflects. It seems like it’s a management company as opposed to an individual host. There were no kitchen towels, they offered to reimburse the cost of them but I was hoping this would have been in place. Next I noted the hallway didn’t have a living, the bulb seemed to be missing. Their admin on chat noted this and said they would have their team follow up. 24 hours later I checked back in on this, they said they would check but also asked for clarification where it was - clearly didn’t do anything initially. Lastly I wanted to speak with someone about these issues, and they refused to follow up. Overall, if you’re torn between several locations pick a different listing due to the lack of personal touch and attentiveness, it’s a corporation that doesn’t have time to solve issues regardless of how big or small.
