Bra och fin lägenhet! Ligger en bit upp i backen så det blir endel vändor upp och ner om man bor där ett par dagar. Rent och fräscht i lägenheten.

Har allt man behöver till rimligt pris.

Jeg likte oppholdet veldig godt. Elisa var vennlig og veldig fleksibelt med innsjekk og utsjekk! Anbefales veldig. Huset var veldig rent og koselig! Vil nok ta turen tilbake.

The apartment was clean and easy to find if you followed the instructions detailed in the check-in information.Kimmo responded fast after you texted him.The only thing that we think would have been great was to have Wi-Fi.

lägenheten var väldigt fräsch, sängar var bekväma. Sängkläderna var himla fräsch och strykade. 🙂 Tvättmaskinen var grädde på tortan.

Ich hatte gerade eine ausführliche Bewertung abgegeben, diese wurde nicht gespeichert, da wir hier in Hummelvik nur 2G mit Unterbrechungen haben.Nochmal: Es war alles super...Unterkunft sehr ordentlich, alles wie beschrieben, wir haben dort aber nur übernachtet, Küche nicht genutzt, obwohl alles Notwendige vorhanden ist, unser Frühstück und Essen dann in Stockholm genossen. Die Bahn ist gesperrt, daher erreicht man Stockholm nur mit dem Pendelbus (oberhalb der Bahngleise ist die Bushaltestelle, zu Fuß in gut 8 Minuten erreichbar). Für Kulturinteressierte ist das eine supertolle Ausgangslage!!! Man kann sein Auto beim Apartment kostenlos abstellen (in Stockholm beim Schloss: 7,5 Euro pro Stunde !!! Echt irre!). Von SL die Bahnapp laden, 24h Ticket und los geht es....Nachts bei offenem Fenster etwas laut durch die 4-spurige Straße, aber ich bin da auch etwas empfindlicher als meine Frau...Wir buchen gerne wieder, vielen Dank, lieber Olof, viele Grüße von Käthe & Marcus

This was the best vacation ever for me and my family. The location was superb and the view from the apartment was simply breathtaking. If we visit Åre in the future we will definitely stay at this apartment. Pontus deserves a 5-star rating for this.

It was a nice stay, you have an amazing view, everything is near by, like literally everything. Just for you to know, thers elevators and probably the owner didn't know it 😅 but it was super nice

Kändes som att bo i en ikea monter som någon annan skrev men allt som behövdes fanns på plats. Välstädat och fräscht! Lite klurigt att hitta nyckeln men instruktionerna och bilderna var tydliga! Väldigt lågt i tak uppe på loftet smal trappa att klättra upp/ned i. Fotona stämmer ej helt då de visar upp en hemtrevlig miljö med tavlor och växter mm detta finns ej men möbleringen stämmer. Lugnt område ganska avsides, något udda men troligen under uppbyggnad/ utveckling?

Mycket bra boende. Nära med bussen, rent och väldigt funktionellt. Ska jag till Göteborg igen, kommer jag försöka bo här.

Very nice apartment in a great location. My wife and son were very comfortable staying here right in the heart of Stockholm's Old City. The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated building that I believe was built in the 1700's. Walk out the front door and you're in the middle of a very cool, old neighborhood. As mentioned in some of the reviews, the apartment is on the top floor. There is no elevator and you must climb a winding staircase to get upstairs. As a result, if you you don't have the wherewithal to carry your bags ups such a staircase, you may want to consider another apartment. Otherwise, this place is fantastic.

Good location.

This apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Mariatorget subway stop. It is also in easy walking distance to Gamla Stan, and pretty much everything else. I found the location to be ideal for exploring the city; I stayed for four nights. However, the place is very small; I'm not sure that I would call it a "studio"; a better term might be "microstudio". The bed is indeed a double, but the pillows are quite small for some reason. The kitchen is big enough for one person to stand, which is fine. Though the host notes that the bathroom is small, it is the smallest bathroom I've ever seen (as many of the other reviews mention). Imagine a bathroom from Ceaucescu's Romania, and that will give you a mental image. There's room to stand only, and the door doesn't close all the way. The place is good as a base because of it's location, but you won't want to spend much time there. All in all it's fine, but I thought it ought to be about USD20/night cheaper.
