Meget fint sted, kan klart anbefale - Desværre virkede wifi ikke mens vi var på besøg

Jättefint, ljust och fräscht hus med välutrustat kök. Bra läge för ski in och ski out. Synd att vi inte fick elda i den öppna spisen. Om de inte har sandat och om man inte har fyrhjulsdrift kan det vara svårt att komma upp för den branta backen! Annars allt toppen!

The flat was exactly the same as on the pictures, Elias gave clear instructions. We were walking to the Central station and to the main attractions, everything was close to his house. I recommend him and his flat to anyone who wants to spend nights in Stockholm in a Central location.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht, für ein paar Tage. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt und voller Restaurants und Bars, trotzdem ist es nachts nicht laut in der Straße. Man erreicht alles super zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn!

Första bokningen via airbnb och allt gick över förväntan. Smidigt och nära till lift. Slutade med att jag förlängde min vistelse.

Dejligt ophold i kimmos hytte - dejlig tæt på alt, meget hyggeligt.

Vi hadde en veldig fin opplevelse med både booking og oppholdet. Perfekt beliggenhet mtp VM’8, ski-out og nesten ski-inn. Fin leilighet for 2 familier med 5 barn og 4 voksne. Trivelig, rent og ryddig. Godt utstyrt. En pluss at det er utebod for skiene, to tørkeskap, to bad og badstue. Fin avstand inn til sentrum. Enkelt å sjekke inn og ut ved bruk av nøkkelboks.

Our stay at Pontus' place was great. The view from the apartment is just amazing! It's in a walkable distance to the center of Åre but my advise would be to take the Bergbanan because the road is very steep. You will pretty much have everything you need in the apartment for a short stay.

Mycket trevligt och rent boende. Brant backe från stationen till boendet så som angivet, men inte lång sträcka att gå. Direkt intill skidbacken och Tottenliften via gångbro. Skidrum med kodlås, men som delas med andra boende där skidor förvaras. Trevlig värd som svarar direkt och ger tydliga instruktioner och information.

Kimmo was a great host, very responsive when we had any questions.The apartment is very cosy and has a great location next to the slopes. I would have to agree with other reviews that the amount of storage is inadequate. In the main double bedroom the whole wardrobe is padlocked and no wardrobe storage whatsoever, which just isn’t convenient or practical. Some instructions for the apartment would also be helpful to avoid time working out how things work eg sauna. Overall we have a good stay though.

Très bon séjour chez Andreas. L’appartement est bien situé: station de métro et bus à proximité. Magasins ICA et Coop proches. L'appartement est calme avec une vue agréable et qui doit l'être davantage aux beaux jours. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel, parfait pour un couple et un enfant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Amazing stay. Everything was perfect.

Lovely clean apartment with all you could want for a short stay. Host was accommodating and very responsive when we needed some help. Neighbourhood is up a reasonably steep hike from the town square which can be dicey at times/ with all so gear, but the ski in ski out makes everything very easy once you are in. There was a bit of partying going on in the block, but nothing too rowdy, so it's well enough suited for families.

Toppenläge för skidåkning med ski in ski out och samtidigt nåbart att promenera till Åre by. Rent, smidigt med lakan och handdukar. Sopsortering i källaren och det vore toppen om det fanns med i instruktion så kan man börja sopsortera redan från början.
