The flat is big and well situated, but not very confortable. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are a bit run-down, which is not necessarily a problem, however the bedroom is very unconfortable. The mattress slops towards the middle and the pillows are in dire need of being changed. The cot was left on the small baby height and couldn't be lowered for our toddler and no proper cot bedding was made available, despite my request. The room has blinds, but they are not effective in preventing the sun from coming in. This might not be a problem for people without children, but it meant our child woke up everyday at 5am. As other guests have mentioned, internet doesn’t really work. Olof initially provided a wifi username and password that did not exist or was not available. He later gave us access to another wifi, but it barely worked. I don’t think there is any wifi proper in the flat, but rather access to another network in the building.

Bra läge med nära till lift och kort promenad i brant backe till byn, men går at ta bergbanan upp så det var perfekt. rent och fräscht boende fanns det som behövdes.

Super nice appartment, clean comfy and equipped

I enjoyed my stay primarily because everything was easily reachable because of the location of the appartment. I’m happy with my experience.

Nous avons adoré le sublime appartement de Friedrik, moderne et minimaliste, calme et très bien situé au centre de Stockholm. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité et c'est un bon point de départ pour toutes vos visites de la ville. Friedrik nous a donné des instructions très claires et a toujours été réactif à nos demandes, merci à lui. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Andreas was very available in the process! Solid home, secure, amazing view of the water! Experiencing the "local neighborhood" is far superior to a downtown hotel and the uber rides are not expensive and are very available to downtown areas. The locals in the restaurants, coffee shops and stores are extremely friendly. As well, we joined a local gym, The Nordic, about a 15-minute amazing walk for us that was a huge bonus. Daniels Burgers was amazing and the two men running this business are funny and we really enjoyed our conversations, and the outdoor seating sealed the deal. Highly recommend this home and Andreas!Thank you for the stay!!

Great location, typical Södermalm tiny apartment, perfect

Bra läge med ski in och ski out alternativt transport med den gamla och charmiga bergbanan som tar dig upp och ner från byn. Bra läge som ger tillgång till hela skidsystemet. Fin balkong med rätt solläge. Praktisk och fräsch lägenhet med allt man behöver. Prisvärt och effektivt sätt att få så mycket skidor åkt som möjligt om man inte måste ha en egen bar eller restaurang i huset. Jag var här för att maximera skidåkningen. Jag var här sista veckan i april och det var helt underbart. Soligt och lite smörigt i backarna en dag och snöigt med några minusgrader och fluffiga backar de tre andra dagarna. Hit kommer jag åka tillbaka.

非常棒的房子,交通便利，附近有地铁，不过去巿中心坐54号非常方便。下次来斯德哥尔摩还会住这。

Lovely host with clear instructions on how to get from and to the AirBnb. The accommodation was lovely, perfect size and very comfy. Will definitely be back next time I am back in Stockholm.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sie gerne wieder buchen. Die Küche hat uns besonders gefallen und wir haben oft gekocht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über dem Hauseingang. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
