Good accommodation and location, but it lacks utensils.

Perfect accommodation and location with ski in/out, comfortable beds and new bedding. A fresh bathroom. What lowers the rating is the kitchen. It is challenging to properly prepare meals with only 2 small stove burners, no freezer compartment, and a dish rack that has to be placed on top of the stove to fit. However, it works adequately for up to 2 people. The temperature in the accommodation cannot be adjusted, which must be managed by opening or closing the windows.

A very lovely place with a wonderful sauna! Olof was quick to respond & arranged everything I asked for. I am very satisfied!

My stay at this studio was great. The place was as advertised! The location was within walking distance of the local network rail & Pendeltàg! A calm, quiet neighbourhood close enough to get into & out of the city to see the sights. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Rivals inner city hotel stay prices for sure! Worth it for a great city break.

Everything worked well and the apartment was clean and fresh. The elevator took us up to the top floor.

Great layout for its size. Very central in the area. The place looks like the pictures. The only comment I have is that they should shorten their curtains, a bit too long haha!

The location was amazing the subway station needed 5mins walking to get there and 15 mins to get to the Stockholm center .check in was super easy and unlike what i thought the room was quite without the laundry sound next to it.although the mini fridge makes wierd sounds sometimes.previous problems such as lack of curtains were solved and you could feel privacy inside.we stayed for 2 days and although is a small space but it worked really good for us.

Dishwashers water switch was loose and little confusing. Also the appartment didn’t have a shoehorn and it’s not a big issue but could have been a nice add-on.

It is a pleasant apartment in a great location in the city. It’s very bright. There is plenty of kitchenware available, including coffee, tea, olive oil, etc. There is a cozy sitting area. A dishwasher and washing machine are available. Shower gel and shampoo are included.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to expectations with hairs and stains on the bedding. Communication was good, although it was clear that a large organization is behind it. The curtains do not fully block out the light, resulting in quite a bit of morning light.Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The apartment has great location, everything matched with description. The instructions were very clear and the communication with Kim was good. Would recommend.

I just missed having a TV, but it wasn't a big deal.

Nice and spacious apartment

We recommend this accommodation, ideally located and set in a truly original setting.However, we did notice some shortcomings in the kitchen (limited equipment, the dishwasher was clean but not emptied, etc.).Finally, although the host was responsive, the accommodation leans more towards a hotel-like concept rather than a traditional Airbnb experience.

Everything was great; however, it is worth mentioning that directly in front of the house, there is a construction site with heavy machinery that can be quite noisy in the mornings.

We felt very comfortable in the Air BnB; everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Moreover, it felt very secure as everything was code-secured (entrance door, elevator, and apartment). The only "flaw" was the construction site right next to our apartment and above us, but Olof can't be held responsible for that, and we naturally received an adjusted price, which was very fair. Thank you very much, we truly enjoyed our stay in Stockholm!

Very charming, small apartment that is well connected to public transport. Free check-in is only available from 16:00, otherwise an extra fee applies. The small kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals.

Would definitely recommend, the apartment was exactly as described, in a great location for skiing.Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering with Miele appliances. Great to have a cooker rather than a microwave. Key was via a phone app, which just means you have to be organised with your battery!Negative: N/A
