Nice house by the water. It was very large and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great place. Incredibly good communication!The only issue was that we thought there was a TV there, which there wasn’t. Although the description did state that there was no TV, we hadn’t read carefully enough since the pictures showed that there was a TV. The host is very easy to get in touch with, and everything was excellent!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and great character to the place! We have a gym, sauna big kitchen with an amazing coffee machine, beds super comfy too. Would 100% book again! Olof was really great with communications and instructions.

Excellent price-to-quality ratio! Beautiful, clean, nice apartment with excellent location. Bed extremely comfortable and lush, pure hotel quality! Down side: the sound proofing in the old (but beautiful) house is not excellent so earplugs are recommended. Shower is tiny but surprisingly functional.

Nice apartment. Perfectly sized for two people. There is a Nespresso capsule machine available for your morning coffee. Guests are welcome to purchase their own capsules.

I really enjoyed my stay at Elias Apartment in Stockholm. It's very well located for a vacation without a car. When I come to Stockholm again, I'll gladly book it again.

The place is located in a central area with easy access to transport though it felt quite small for two persons and it looked a lot bigger in the pictures.

The location of the Airbnb was perfect. There was a lot to do in Gamla Stan & it was very easy to get to the other main areas like Södermalm & Norrmalm. It was also easy to get there from the bus station. There was also quite a lot to do in terms of shopping, eating etc in the immediate area. The Airbnb was nice. The elevator didn’t work, so we had to do some stairs with our heavy bags. The host sent clear instructions to get in & was responsive with any questions or issues we had. The internet was extremely slow in the bedroom off the living room, but fine in the other areas. We appreciated having the coffee machine & washing machine in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. It was a bit lively at night & there was activity on the street in the morning so bring your earplugs if you want to go to sleep early or sleep in.

It is clean, attractive, and well located. All the information works well. The lamp in the living room did not work. We reported it, but nothing happened. The contact seems impersonal since it appears to be managed by a company, however, everything else is fine! The apartment is nice and in an excellent location!

The overall stay was ok, the place was close to the Stockholm messe that we were visiting and easy to find. Good spaces. Still there were some hiccups. The place was not perfectly clean, the sofa bed blankets were full of hair and we had to remove them ourselves and the dishes in the kitchen were also dirty, we had to wash them before using them. At the beginning of the stay the landlord was very pushy in making us respect a lot of rules that for us felt strange and pressing. We were obliged to give our social media accounts and we were told that any noise above 75db would have triggered a sound alarm, so we were afraid all the time to make any noise, for instance a 2KW Hairdryer surpasses 75DB, and this make the stay a little unpleasant. In the end, I would recommend if you have some business to do near the convention center, the price was still good.
