Great location and a really nice apartment, situated within the trendy area of Sodermalm and walkable to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, including the popular Pelikan restaurant (5 min walk) which is a must visit for Swedish cuisine! We really enjoyed our stay here, comfortable and convenient.

The host is responsive and always attentive to your needs, providing detailed explanations about every aspect.ConsThe accommodation is not very quiet and does not have adequate blackout curtains during the night. Some details gave us the impression that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should be.Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for exploring the city and enjoying a few days in Stockholm.

The place is great and totally matches the description. I enjoyed my time there. On the low side, I founds the overall process to be able to rent it very heavy with forms to fill outside airbnb, passport pics to provide, etc. It’s like having to convince someone to rent his flat while you already have a good airbnb profile. Then the check in process is not straightforward at all. Also the communication is overwhelming (very looooong standard messages) and totally impersonal. I got in touch with 3 different stakeholders for 2 nights and got no alignment across them (this is a big company, not a simple flat owner). Finally I was asked for 50€ when I asked to check out 1-2hrs later while I was said that no traveler was coming the same day so nothing complex in managing cleaning in time… and reality is that check out at 10am is pretty early compared to average on airbnb. So yeay: Great place but unfortunately really far from the usual airbnb friendly and accommodating experience.

Very beautiful neighborhood in Södermalm. Close to the water and near plenty of cafés and restaurants. When the work on the new metro line is finished, it will be even better.The independent check-in is highly appreciated. The host's instructions are clear, and when we have questions, he responds quickly. The apartment is pleasant, bright, very clean, and comfortable. We have visited several times already, and it is an excellent address. Bus and metro lines are nearby, making it easy to explore other parts of Stockholm without any difficulty.

I was on a quick visit in the village and needed simple, convenient accommodation for one night, so this was perfect.

The accommodation is located right by a bus stop and is only 7 minutes away from the nearest train station. This means you can easily and quickly reach all spots either on foot or by public transportation. The description mentioned "noise disturbance". However, since I was there to experience something and was always on the go, it didn’t bother me at all. Moreover, the description of the apartment allowed you to be prepared for this in advance. The apartment is equipped with the essentials and appears well-maintained. The only minor downside is the shower, which tends to overflow significantly, causing the entire bathroom to become wet. Communication was very straightforward, and all instructions were clear and easy to understand. If you need help, you can always reach out. There is also a supermarket right at the accommodation. Nearby, there are restaurants, bars, and a lovely canal for a stroll.
