Great place!

Beautiful apartment just a 10-minute Uber ride from the city. I was here with 2 friends and we were a bit taken aback by the noise detection since we can sometimes be quite loud, but we experienced absolutely no issues at all. Fredrik responded quickly to everything and was very friendly. The only downside was that we had to check out at 10:00, which felt a bit early after a night out in the city. For €50 (500 SEK), we could check out at 13:00 instead of 10:00. It was somewhat expensive, but it was nice that there was an option available! Overall, a very good experience.

The apartment as shown in the photo, spacious and fairly bright, clean and equipped with essential items. The building is easy to reach, a 20-minute walk from the center. Satisfied.

The apartment matched the listing. Close to the metro. A very beautiful, unobstructed view. Only the key box was a bit finicky upon arrival…

Fredrik's apartment is truly beautiful! It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and offers a phenomenal view from all sides. The apartment is very clean, the heating worked well, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for four people.The check-in process went smoothly thanks to clear instructions, Fredrik responded quickly and kindly to our inquiries, and he was very helpful.However, out of the three beds in the apartment, only two were prepared and made. Some coordination might be necessary if you wish to use all the rooms.We would immediately rent the apartment again and highly recommend it!

Very nice and affordable place

The place is as described, very functional for a short stay.

We stayed with Olof while visiting family. The location is great, with a big park just behind building, with a playground for the kids.Olof and his team are great, we had some mishaps with fire alarms and door access due to construction work in the building but Olof was quick to acknowledge and resolve the situation. In the apartment there is an extra cloak room, great for storing large luggage. The only surprise was the bathroom, which is clean but old. All in all, a great stay and highly recommend! We'll certainly try to stay with Olof again when visiting next time.

The apartment is very well located for exploring Stockholm. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. Restaurants, a supermarket, and public transportation are easily accessible. There is also a bakery around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at the "Tott." The room was as described, and we found it very clean upon arrival. Pontus is very fast and friendly when replying to messages. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Pontus!

A very lovely apartment in the Tott Complex, featuring three bedrooms each with its unique character. Enjoyable common areas with plenty of space for socializing and relaxation. Direct access to Tottbacken from the building, which is a major advantage. We had some truly wonderful days in this apartment.
