Great house, great location

I had a very nice stay. The tram station is only 4 minutes away; it takes you in the city centre. Elias is very kind and communicated detailed. All in all was this apparent a nice home for my 3 Weeks in Gothenburg :)

It was an ideal location as it is near to a metro station and also a bus stop for the Arlanda’s airport bus. The host was very responsive. The only negative I have to say is that you have to pay extra if you wanna check in early (first time seeing it, maybe it’s a thing, I don’t know). All in all, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location with genuine ski in and out.

place is spacious and not too far from the city. it was clean and the neighbourhood was quite. My only criticism was that I wish it had more bedding items such as pillows. As I felt that the pillows were a bit too thin and had only one per person.

Very beautiful apartment, with magnificent decor and a great location. A peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Great stay at Kim’s! Skiing possible from the front door. Very comfortable flat and bed. Kitchen well equipped. Drying rack was out of order and no washing machine as mentioned in other reviews (Not sure if it’s an error but it shows washing machine in listed amenities of flat). Overall great stay and very nice flat!

Awesome apartment

Nice apartment with a good location. Please note that there are no facilities for drying ski equipment, such as gloves and boots, in the apartment. There is also no dishwasher available. One of the bedrooms does not have a door or a window, which results in poor air circulation.

Elias is a professional, he manages a lot of Airbnbs and many of the messages he sends are automatic messages but nonetheless, if you need help with anything he himself will answer and help you with your situation as soon as possible. If I go back to Stockholm i would definitely go there again. Amazing location

A pleasant stay

An apartment in the old town, with a supermarket, cafes, and tourist attractions. It is comfortable for a family with two children. It has all the amenities, especially the kitchen is practical and has everything you need. You can access the tourist spots on foot. It is true that the toilet drain smells a bit, but the smell does not carry over into the rooms. The shower is enough for two people and recharges quickly after half an hour. In short, it is an excellent place to get to know Stockholm.
