Please take the note about place being cold seriously cause it was really cold in the apartment. We are used to cold winters and didn’t take it too seriously but ended up sleeping with a couple of layers of clothes. I think it was 18 or below in the apartment. Despite that everything was amazing. Very clear check-in / check-out instructions. Apartment itself was clean and comfortable with everything what is stated to be in. Also the size of it actually surprised - it looked smaller in the pictures. Walkable distance to the old town - like 25 minutes. Also a bus stop next to the apartment - it gets you to the old town too. The surrounding areas were also nice and felt safe even during the night. There are bars and restaurants just in a couple of minutes of walking. In general it was a pleasant stay despite being cold. During warmer weather it should be perfect

Very nice accommodation with excellent ski in-ski out access. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. We'll be back.

Great location, close to the metro, shops, and restaurants; a small apartment but ideal for a city trip, the small bathroom is indeed a challenge but if you’re aware of it in advance, it’s no problem, and the warm water makes it all worthwhile😉. There are plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchen supplies available. We truly enjoyed our city trip to Stockholm!

I had a wonderful stay at Andreas' place, with detailed and thoughtful instructions regarding the accommodation.Although it's a short walk from the accommodation, the neighborhood is quiet and faces the seaside. The morning and nighttime views are enough to make this place worth choosing!

Very good accommodation, although somewhat far from central Åre.

I had a great stay, the room is really confortable et spaciouse, it is well located in Stockholm and access is easy.I will say 2 things though: The shower was added in the toilet, which means that the space is very small when showering. Depending on your size this could be a problem.And last thing, the walls are paperthin, I have had some noise disturbances from careless guests.

Highly recommended 100%, excellent location, public transportation almost at the door, supermarket next door... and the apartment itself is very comfortable and pleasant

Olof was very helpful and responded very quickly to everything we needed. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished, and it is located in a very lovely area with many interesting places to see nearby and close to the center. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely fab!! Really clean, bright and airy and had absolutely everything we needed. This flat was in a great location, perfect for walking to all the main spots but metro was also close by too. Would recommend 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olofs apartment. The apartment is very quiet, clean and well-equipped. There is easy access to public transport and shops and restaurants within 10 min walking distance. Happy to visit again.

The apartment was great and very well located. The apartment is a bit loud with the neighbours above and in the lobby but in the end I would still stay there again.

The lodging is very pleasant, very well equipped, and very clean. Access is very simple, a bit far from the center but with a good pair of shoes it’s perfect, and you can enjoy very beautiful landscapes 😊 I highly recommend it!

The apartment is fantastic - easy to find, very clean, exactly as described, accessible for public transport and great value for money! We will definitely return if we ever return to Stockholm in the future. Would be improved with a small microwave or oven. Andreas is a super helpful host and always responsive! Thank you Andreas 😁

There is quite a bit in need of maintenance. The shower leaks, the shower rail doesn't work, and the lights flicker.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Very nice apartment. We would gladly return!

Great location, splendid view, great with ski in ski out, comfortable and clean room, small, but we knew that, would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
