great location in the best district of Stockholm, situated on an island in the city center, where you can find local spots and where residents go about their daily lives, the apartment was just as shown in the photos, clean and spacious; entering the apartment requires inputting several codes (for the main entrance, the elevator, and the door – it might be a bit challenging at first, but later it becomes very convenient)the only downside (which is not dependent on the host) is the occasional smell of cigarette smoke emerging from the bathroom ventilation – someone in the apartment above or below must be smoking in their bathroom, and it is noticeable, but it does not interfere with the use of the bathroom :)

I spent a long weekend in Stockholm with my family and apartment location is perfect to visit the city. Close to public transport stops but also at walking distance from old town. Apartment is cozy and comfortable as in the picture.

der Aufenthalt war wirklich makellos was mir gut gefallen hat ist dass man keinen Schlüssel braucht man muss sich nur ein paar Zahlenkombinationen merken!Die Wohnung ist ein Mix aus allen Bildern ,wenn man genau hinsieht kann man sehen dass es sich nicht um eine Wohnung handelt.Die Kommunikation kann ich nur 100 Punkte geben es wurde teilweise innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet, wirklich klasse. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend es ist alles da was man braucht Bushaltestelle bisbU-Bahn-Station. Es ist trotzdem eine ruhige Wohngegend von der Baustelle haben wir nichts mitbekommen da wir am Wochenende da waren. Diie Küche ist etwas dünn ausgestattet es fehlt an verschiedenen Dingen um wirklich darin zu kochen, aber um sich kurz seine warme Mahlzeit zu bereiten ist sie Ok. Das Bad ist wie auf dem Bild. Es hat was von einem Krankenhaus, aber alles war sauber und hat funktioniert.Parken vor dem Haus ist schwierig. Mein Auto wurde abgeschleppt. Hat über 500 Euro gekostet.

The apartment is very beautiful and centrally located. The landlord responded quickly and kindly, even late in the evening. The only minor disturbance was that the air coming through the openings above the windows created a whistling sound, which was a bit disruptive at night. Otherwise, everything was great. Both the building and the apartment are secured by codes, making the check-in and check-out process very easy. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about losing a key.

The accommodation was very nice and matched the description in the advertisement. It was very convenient and quick to get from the accommodation to central Stockholm. The accommodation was clean and we found basic equipment in the kitchen. Overall, we rate the accommodation positively. 😌

The apartment was as described. Olof provided very clear instructions about the place and responded quickly. Only downside was the neighbors drilling quite early in the morning.

Great apartment for a city trip in Stockholm! The center is super easy to reach by the metro. The location is perfect (you can take a walk by the lake). The apartment is nicely spacious for 2 people & everything was tip-top and in order. 100% recommended 😊

fantastic accommodation for a ski holidays! the building is connected to the slopes, offering ski in option, which in turn gives you access to the whole infrastructure of Åre ski resort. At the same time it is walking distance from many restaurants, town center and shopping. those who don't wish to walk can use a trolley that goes up from the main square and stops few minutes away from the accomodation.Apartment itself was exactly as described. modern, with a lot of small touches that give it a home like feel. the kitchen is well equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare whatever meals you wish. Bathroom is large and clean, with the amenities mentioned provided. Bedrooms are also exactly as on the pictures, with one double bed amd a smaller one with bunk beds. There is also a pull out couch in living room.It is my second time staying in this building, and with this host, and I highly recommend both. Great place to stay in Åre.

The accommodation is not quite an apartment, but rather similar in type and size to a hotel room with a kitchenette. For us, that was entirely sufficient, as the pictures showed what to expect. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking noodles; the only issue was that the single pan did not work with the induction cooktop. Everything was clean and the location was ideal for us as well. There is a bus stop (Line 55) practically right outside the door, and the night bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Another highlight is the close proximity to the ferry. A 5-minute walk down to the water, and you can quickly and comfortably catch the ferry on line 80 to downtown or to the Vasa Museum/Grönalund, among other attractions. Despite the excellent connectivity, you end up staying in a very quiet neighborhood.What bothered me a bit was the check-in form where you had to provide everything from your IG account and flight number to your phone number and email for each guest – even your reason for traveling. Overall, everything was great.
